James CThe boat left slightly late (15 mins) and the boarding process had a lot of steps that seemed unnecessary and would have made it confusing if we had gone during a busier time. There was a fan over our seat but it didn't work. The ride was pretty smooth though and it got decent enough airflow for the short ride.

Daniele LThe boat was comfortable and the crossing just a bit rolling. The crew was helpful to secure us when boarding and going down the ladder to the sitting area. It is a bit of a shame that we have to pull our luggage from the waiting room to the boat through sand and gravel. Although it is not very long to the seaside, it would help if the path was paved.

Yiska ASemabu hills is very flixable and that made all the difference. Upon our return from Nusa Penida our faily split and some came back a day earlier that the ticket date and the semabu hills team at the port were super flexible and gave no problems.
The rest of us went back on the date ordered however on a different hour and once again there were no issues at the cocunter.

Bryan SIt was a very easy experience. Ask someone for directions to or drop you off at this ticket office. There are some stores and restaurants around if you want something to drink while you wait. They announces and directed everyone to the correct spot on the pier. They loaded luggage and people quickly. The actual boat was longer and wider (4 seats per side) than the speedboat I came in on. It made for a smoother, quicker trip. Note about the Sanur port drop-off point: It is nowhere near the Grab taxi pickup area and Grab will not come to you. Either preplan a pickup, negotiate with a local taxi here, or be prepared to walk with your luggage in the hot sun for Grab.

Then, the 15:00 boat was deliberately held until 15:30 to make sure it was full, with us sat inside sweating and clueless. So, don’t expect to be able to make this crossing in a hurry. Magnus FWe got to the Island and it was easy to find the boat. The staff was both friendly and efficient. 4 stars because of bad ventilation inside the boat and when we arrived we had to take of our shoes and jump into the water on the beach by the harbour. It was no problem but we could have been notified so we had proper shoes and clothes to do so. It became a fun memory, just a bit inconvenient when we found out.

Thomas LThe boat itself was smooth. The staff seem to behave like they're herding cattle a little bit but most public transport follows that theme. Not a lot of space in the chairs. If you're over 6ft tall like me, be prepared for some numb legs.

Not much of the companies fault though
Ride takes more like 45 min (not 30 min not even in perfect weather conditions I believe) plus waiting time to get in and out of the boat.
Staff was very friendly , they handheld our luggage with care and the boat comfortable enough for this duration.
Tickets say to be there 1h before . Ride was at 8 o clock back to Sanur. Check in Office Opened up at 7:30.
