Great trip! Everything was on time and went smoothly. Bus was comfortable (reclining seats and foot rest), blanket provided but chilly at times - bring something warm to wear. Travel pillow would be helpful. Bus makes a few stops overnight to pick up and drop off passengers…lights are turned on during these stops but not for long.

It was an ok journey, was quite a lot of roadworks on the route so a bit stop start going and a bit bumpy over un-tarmaced road, seat was reasonably comfy, I would book again if we are traveling in that area again.

Not the most modern bus but very comfortable. You get a lot of legroom and can lay down nearly completely. You also get a snack, water and a blanket. The bus had only a few minutes delay at the destination.

There were no informations about obligatory masks (due to covid that has ended a year ago...). When I entered the bus the bus attendant made me buy a mask. It was just 10 bahts but if they require masks it should have been stated earlier. For some reason the bas was extremally humid making even the blankets a little bit wet

Comfortable but old. They need more buses to meet the demand of the number of people who need to get to the area. Very hard to book these days. I booked 3 days in advance and it was almost full. Don't serve peanuts as well, (I have a peanut allergy)

The seats were comfortable enough, but the aircon was far too high and I was freezing throughout the whole journey. Someone also came to sleep at our feet, which was very uncomfortable and bizarre. Also, at every stop throughout the night, the lights came on and woke us up.

For someone that suffers travel sickness, no lie but this was the best bus journey ever! A very simple experience from booking online, collecting the tickets and hopping onto the bus for 6 hours. The chairs reclined quite a bit (if only airlines could do the same!) and your legs go forward/up. Water and peanuts are provided. Blankets are also provided when it gets late. We stopped just over half way for a 30 minute food/toilet break. It really didn’t feel like a 6 hour journey.

We were five minutes late leaving and one hour late arriving in chiangmai but that was no problem. the ride was very safe very clean bus. Good strong air conditioning but for those that get a bit cold they provided clean fresh blankets also a bottle of water and a snack were provided. The bus stopped at eight or nine different little bus stations to pick people up but again this was no problem it was an overnight bus I was able to sleep two and three hours here and there and arrived feeling fresh and not tired or worn out I will definitely use this particular bus service again in the future

Not very comfortable bus, loud thai TV when you'd like to sleep, dropped in the middle of nowhere in Bangkok. Nothing fantastic.

Very friendly staff on bus, provided us with water and a blanket. Good organization: the staff got our luggage already off even before we were off the bus. Would recommend!

Travelled from Australia, all local people very helpful & friendly. Comfortable 5 hour ride, refreshment & water. Coach staff prompt & always checking on customer comfort, would travel by coach again. Great scenic country trip!

The seat was good and spacious, the bus arrived to the destination earlier than planned. No chick feeling compared to some but nothing to complain besides the lights were fully up almost on every stop during the night.

We have the same bad experiens like Stanley Kay Hock Tay. Look below. So it look likes it happen many times. Arrived after 00:00. ................................................. Stanley Kay Hock Tay (MY, ): Not recommended based on my personal experience - Bus arrived 30 min late. it made many stops along the way - several at Utradit, Lampun, and Lampang, not so much an express to Chiang Mai. No cleaning before next passenger - rubbish/leftovers from the passenger before me and ants were visible too. We arrived at Chiang Mai 1.5hrs way passed my scheduled arrival time. Importantly, we arrrived at Chiang Mai. The only plus, luggage is tag to your seat number so it doesn't get mixed up.
