Anonymous No explanation when you arrive in the airport to know where to go… it would have been much easier to know where the bus stop is, thanks to an arrow or something like that. We had to ask a to a Jet2Holiday crew for the bus, which is quite paradoxal while it is a concurrence agency. Please do something better next time.

Anonymous Bus ride in general was good, however my partners wallet was stolen on the bus from Kotor to Dubrovnik yesterday. Have tried our hardest to contact the bus companies but they aren’t giving us much information or what we should do. We are travelling for a year so losing cash, licences and all our bank cards has really impacted our travel. The fact our wallet was stolen from the bus.

It was not written that when traveling from Kotor to Dubrovnik and buying tickets online, we have to print them and also pay additional 2,2€ for the bus station fee. Additionally 2 euro per luggage. Anonymous Extortion. Efficient boarder crossing because there were only a few passengers. In attempting to board this bus the driver would not allow me to take with me a small backpack that would easily have fit into the overhead rack of the bus, or between my legs, or on my lap. The bus driver threatened not to allow me to board unless I payed for my bag to go in the under bus compartment. The driver refused any compromise. This forced find an ATM, withdraw cash at a high fee and pay to put a carry on size bag in a luggage compartment. This is entirely unreasonable behaviour from the driver in an attempt to extort further revenue.

Anonymous A bus company I’d never use again.Not on timr. Not on time, we were 25 min late in leaving. The worse part was the bus driver. He was smoking nonstop, and constantly on his phone. His attention was on the phone searching for names or reading messages along with talking to people. At times, neither hand was on the wheel. When several of the passengers voiced their concerns, he told the to move to the back. When we all explained that it was dangerous what he was doing, he stopped the smoking. At that point, we only had 20 min left before we got to Dubrovnik.

Anonymous Very late and driver smoked cigarettes during the whole trip. Bus itself was very clean and comfortable. There was an unknown 1.5 euro charge for each piece of luggage that wasn’t expected. The bus driver smoked while driving, which made for a very stuffy cabin without being able to open windows. No toilet paper in the WC on the bus. There was so much traffic getting to Kotor that we were 3 hours late. I’d recommend just hiring a private car if you can.

Anonymous Clean and comfortable ride. Our ride was clean, the seats were very comfortable, the drivers were both very thoughtful and respectful. I thought the price was reasonable as well. The one downside was that it was more than a half hour late and it was very difficult to get information as to where it was or any indication as to how late it would be. However we sat at the border crossing for hours. I understand border crossing can take time and are unpredictable but this should be mentioned when booking.
