- Autobusne karte mogu biti pristupačnije u usporedbi s kartama za zrakoplov ili brzi vlak. Uvijek postoji izbor klasa karata za sve džepove. Jeftinije standardne opcije možda su malo sporije i ne nude vrhunsku udobnost, ali su prihvatljive i dovode vas na odredište. Na duljim rutama, WC ili WC postaje, kao i grickalice, voda, a ponekad i toaletne potrepštine i deke gotovo su uvijek uključeni u cijenu.

Nedostaci putovanja autobusom
- Novi međugradski autobusni terminali vrlo su često smješteni izvan grada blizu većih autocesta, kako bi autobusi izbjegli gradsku gužvu. Nažalost, to može stvoriti dodatne izazove i za putnike. Dolazak do takvog terminala može predstavljati problem, jer na nekim odredištima postoje ograničenja za vozila koja smiju ući na terminal, a do tamo ćete morati koristiti posebne prijevoznike. To rezultira većim troškovima jer cijene mogu biti prenapuhane. Također, izračunajte dodatno vrijeme ako putujete tijekom špica, posebno ako niste upoznati s prometnom situacijom na početnoj točki.
- Autobusi su vjerojatno prijevozno sredstvo koje češće izlazi iz voznog reda nego vlakovi ili avioni. Oni uvelike ovise o situaciji na cesti koja ponekad može biti nepredvidiva – nesreće, radovi na izgradnji ceste, zaobilaznice, itd. Anonymous Rechtswidrige Zumutung. Mir hat gefallen dass ich heil bin. Der Fahrer von Budva nach Skopje war leider absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Sein Fahrstil war pure Rücksichtslosigkeit und Raserei. Wir haben uns äusserst unwohl gefühlt und fürchteten uns die ganze Fahrt weil er derart schnell in die Kurven ging und abrupt bremste. Unserem Empfinden nach konnte er keinesfalls jederzeit die Sicherheit aller Fahrgäste gewährleisten. Er nahm keine Rücksicht auf Geschwindigkeitsvorschriften und passte seinen Fahrstil nicht genug den, sich teils im Bau befindlichen, Strassen an. Wir schleuderten eine ganze Nacht umher. Ich denke das harte Fahrwerk des Mercedes Busses in Kombination mit den löchrigen Schotterstrassen machten es nicht einfach Fahrkomfort zu erreichen, aber er gab sich auch keine grosse Mühe. Es schepperte so fest, dass die Heckklappe zum Gepäck aufging (diese liess sich ohnehin nur durch Gewalt richtig schliessen) und wir uns um unser Gepäck sorgten. Glücklicherweise passierte keine Gepäckstück etwas. Wir fragten uns zunehmend wieso er solche Eile hatte. Er machte einen äusserst nervösen Eindruck bei allem was er tat. Es war wirklich eine absolute Zumutung mit welcher Geschwindigkeit dieser Fahrer uns transportiert hat. Es war eine 11 Stunden fahrt geplant und er ist nach 8 Stunden angekommen. Das klingt jetzt vielleicht lustig, aber das ist doch ein Skandal. Wir waren um 5 Uhr morgens am Busbahnhof ausgesetzt. Unser Hotel war noch lange nicht bereit für den Check-In und kein Cafe hatte offen. Der Bus hatte USB Slots zum Laden der Handys doch keiner in unserer funktionierte. Und ich möchte eine ernsthafte Erklärung dafür, dass eine Person 11 Stunden am Stück fahren darf. Das ist rechtswidrig. Auch seine 8 Stunden Fahrt ist absolut nicht machbar für eine nüchterne Person alleine. Danke für die Antwort.

Anonymous Sve najbolje. Prvi put putujem firmom Lalatović i mogu da Vam kažem da sam predivno putovala. Autobus je bio čist i udoban. Šoferi su vozili po rasporedu vožnje, a pauze su najavljivali. Stajali su na lepa i čista mesta gde se može ići u toalet i nešto pojesti i popiti. Sve pohvale za šofere za udobnu vožnju, i firmu Lalatović.

Arrived over an hour late in Trebinje, the drivers then took a 20 minute break and the route wasn’t as advertised so the journey took over an hour longer than it should have, meaning in the end it was over 2 hours late to Tivat.

Anonymous Glad when it was over!!! Driver wasn't rude! Felt safe! Bus travel in this region is what it is - pretty rubbish! Our originally 4h40m (arrival 12.20pm) Kotor-Mostar journey was already updated with an extra 2 hours ahead of time. The bus was then at least an hour late. We arrived about 3pm. It was a busy bus. Lots of people getting on in Kotor didn't get to sit together. Luggage was chaos (seemed to be €1.50-3/piece but there was money and luggage tags flying all over the place!) Border crossing took about an hour and was fine. There was a toilet stop a bit after the border - you need a 50c coin (no toilet, or WiFi, on bus). At Kotor bus station you need to have paid a bus station tax and will also need a coin for the toilet.

Anonymous Trebinje to Kotor. Dodging the queue for the border. Bus was full so transferred to mini bus. It's heater was on the whole trip and was extremely hot!! Finally transferred back to bus and also very hot although the Aircon was working somewhat. Then we were transferred to another local bus which was fine - Aircon was normal and pleasant.

Anonymous Fast visa control. No seat reservation on a bus from Mostar to Herceg Novi. Passengers who board the bus in pairs or groups in Mostar are forced to search for seats throughout the bus and end up occupying empty seats in different rows (which turn out to be occupied by passengers who boarded at the previous stop and got off to stroll around Mostar bus station). As a result, the trip begins with a conflict between passengers.

No information along the way about new time schedule or new arrival time. We should be compensated for this delay. Not acceptable to be that late.

There wasn’t any information both Ohrid Station and traveling. We waited with zero confidence, in addition, the staff of station left before us… So disappointed.

Anonymous Behavior of driver. Comfortable and spacy leg-room. The driver and his assistant are rude, blocking all front 8 seats through out the journey for no reason, shouted at 2 passengers from trying to sit there. The driver demanded us to deposit small hand-carry bag into baggage compartment and to pay €1.50 which we rejected. The drivers should display friendly faces ,but they acted in a snobbish and Arrogant ways ! Bus came late, no apology, and arrived late.

Anonymous Doubles the price with a hoard of hidden fees total scam. The bus actually arrived. Doubled the price with hidden fees. First 0,7 eur to getbybus, then they refused to accept the digital ticket and demanded it printer at the station (a 2 eur fee) then the station required an entrance fee (1 eur), then they charged 1 eur for both the hold luggage and the carry on laptop (2 eur total). All off this on a 50 minute trip supposed to cost 5 euro. Bus was dirty all employes grumpy and none spoke english.

Anonymous I was almost left out because my name wasn't on CENTROTRANS' passengers list for my return, although it was purchased two way ticket. Thanks to a second driver, I was barely accepted on the bus. For my entire trip, I had to listen complains about my boarding. I have never ever experienced anything like that.

Anonymous Bien. Llegar. Tuvimos que pagar tasas extras, y nos lo dijeron cuando íbamos a subirnos al autobús después de hacer la fila, cuando previamente habíamos enseñado el billete en taquilla, y nunca cumplen los horarios, ni de recogida n ide llegada, de un trayecto de 2h se convirtió en 4h.

Anonymous Good ride but took much longer than expected. Also it was not very clean. Beautiful scenedy. Took like one hour more than scheduled. Two 25 min stops along the way. Not so clean. Not good food on any of the stops.

Anonymous The worst bus ride of my life. I don't like anything, there's nothing I like. I didn't like the bus driver and I didn't like his driving, and he had brought his son with him. I thought he was very unprofessional.
