Jasmin KThe journey from Luxor to Cairo was chaotic throughout and did not even end at the destination I had booked.
During the trip, the driver smoked inside the bus several times and played very loud music the entire way – getting any rest on such a long journey was impossible.
In Cairo, the bus stopped at several locations that were not part of the booked itinerary. As a result, the delay added up to around three hours.
The main issue: the bus eventually stopped in the middle of Cairo and ended the journey there – roughly 20 km away from the booked destination in Nasr City. When I asked why the final stop was not being served, I was simply told that this was now the end of the route. No further explanation or alternative was offered.
I had to arrange and pay for onward transport myself, after a journey that was already heavily delayed.
Anyone booking this connection should expect that neither the stated arrival time nor the stated destination can be relied upon.

Legroom isn't sufficient for anyone taller than 170. Not their fault, but you need to cross the dangerous street to sit in the bus in Cairo, which is traumatizing. Overall, I think this may be better than other companies based on what I've read about them, but it still doesn't deserve more stars.
