I. Sarajevo - Tivat. Vozač je bio jako ljubazan. Prema planu smo trebali doći u Tivat u 5h ujutru, a mi smo stigli u 4. Mislim da bi ruta trebala da se izmijeni, da polazak iz Istočnog Sarajeva bude u 22h navečer, da bi dolazak u crnogorske gradove bio u razumno vrijeme ujutru.

Kasnio 5 sati. Pristojan Vozac. Bus je kasnio do Dubrovnika(destinacije) 4 ipo-5 sati sto je suludo. Ako vec pozanjete da ce postojati guzve i da se nece stici na vrijeme, zasto to jednostavno ne staviti na kartu a ne da propustam drugi bus koji sam prethodno rezervirala. Da, ne samo nisam dobila novac nazad nakon ovog ocajnog putovanja, vec sam propustila konektirajuci bus( za koji nisam dobila povrat novca) te morala kupiti novu kartu. Sve zato sto nisam uracunala kasnjenje od 5 SATI. Sto je najgore pretpostavila sam da cemo kasniti i uzela sam konektirajuci bus 2 sata nakon navodnog dolaska ovog, ali ponavljam KASNIO JE 5 SATI tako da nista od mojih kalkulacija. Defnitivno vise nikada necu kupiti kartu.

Skrenite pažnju vozačima na ponašanje. Vozač koji je vozio dalje (posle Crne Gore) je bio profesionalniji. Vozači iz Budve ka Beogradu (18.08) su bili jako neprijatni prema putnicima. Naročito mlađi, svađao se sa putnicima kojima nije imao da vrati kusur, podizao ton na koga je stigao.

GetByBus od sada uvek. GetByBus app i support za svaku preporuku. Božur u odlasku po redu vožnje, prijem kofera je više ličio na utovar ogrevnog drveta. Kašnjenje u polasku iz Petrovca od oko pola sata, dve pauze za put dug oko 600 km su nedovoljne, pogotovo što smo u NS stigli jedan sat pre predviđenog vremena. Nedostatak kesica za odlaganje ambalaže od hrane i nenajavljeni prelazak u drugi autobus u Beogradu za put do Novog Sada. Izrazito nepoverenje osoblja na NAS prema kartama kupljenim online.

Nažalost, više u komentarima. Udobnost i klimatizacija na zadovoljavajućoj razini (3 od 5). Vremenska procjena dolazaka iznimno loša. Pri povratku u Dubrovnik nije bilo toliko važno kada stižemo, ali dolazak u Budvu morao se dogodit u zakazano vrijeme. Tu je nastao problem jer se ''drop off'' dogodio u 23.30 umjesto u 22.15 kako zapravo piše na putnoj karti. Kada smo pitali vozača može li nas ostaviti bliže centru Budve, neljubazno je odgovorio da nema nikakve šanse te smo izašli iz autobusa bez ikakve isprike. Smatram da sama agencija mora računati na potencijalne gužve i zastoje na granici i prema tome sastaviti realne vremenske odrednice polazaka i dolazaka.

Agréablement surpris. Notre bus est parti à l’heure de sa station de départ, là où nous le prenions. La conduite était correcte. Pas de frais de station à payer en plus à l’arrivée à Kotor contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire. Nous sommes arrivés avec 1h de retard à cause du passage de la frontière, ce n’était pas un problème pour nous car nous l’avions anticipé mais il faut le savoir. Supplément de 2€ par bagage en soute à régler directement au chauffeur.

Avoid Fridays. Your feedback page is too stupid to allow us to enter the correct date, which was the third. A sign in the bus window clearly stated that WiFi would be available, but that was untrue. The worst, though, was that the journey took more than 5 hours, instead of the 2 hours given in the timetable. The old-fashioned passport inspection at two checkpoints took lots of time, and this was aggravated by weekend travellers, filling up the road.

Why doesn't this bus stop at Airport. At least in the bus stop outside the airport? Bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was courteous and helpful. Bus was extremely late. Delayed by an hour and 40 mins to leave Kotor. Driver took his time in each stop. Several passengers going to airport were delayed severely, leading to missing the flight. Driver wouldn't stop to let the passenger out/near at Airport. Bus company should change their timetable to reflect the likelihood time of arrival so passengers can plan around true time. Fortunately this time border crossing didn't take long. We have to add 1 or 2 hour to the timetable for border crossing.

Trip to Dubrovnik. The overall experience was unfortunately not very positive. There wasn’t much I particularly liked, although I can say the bus itself was comfortable, which made the ride a bit easier. Aside from that, the trip did not leave a great impression. You need to have everything printed, otherwise you end up paying extra at the bus station. On top of that, they also charge you additional fees for baggage, so you end up paying more than expected. The bus was about an hour delayed and there was no information given—we were just waiting around without knowing what was happening. The border crossing is also very time-consuming, though I understand that part is not really the company’s fault.

На жаль, поїздкою залишилась не дуже задоволена. Автобус прибув більш ніж на 2 години пізніше від зазначеного часу, що створило значні незручності. Стан автобуса був далекий від хорошого, а кондиціонер працював погано, через що всю поїздку було дуже душно та некомфортно. Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the trip. The bus arrived more than 2 hours later than the scheduled time, which caused significant inconvenience. The condition of the bus was far from good, and the air conditioning was working poorly, making the entire journey very stuffy and uncomfortable.

Nice trip, but think better in high season. The trip started on time. The bus was clean and it was comfortable. A remember, it's necessary to pay € 2,00 per luggage. The trip took way more time than the predicted. It wasn't the bus company foul, but it's important to keep in mind that in high season the montenegrian traffic is huge. Once again, not the bus company foul, but take it in consideration when booking a bus ride in august.

Poor service and uncomfortable journey. The bus was on time to leave the station. The air con was malfunctioning and spat out cold water from a leak above our seat, the aircon was not turned on until after 30 mins or so into the journey so we were baking in the heat, multiple requests later and the driver finally turned on aircon. The driver made stops but not to let us have a break but just to have a chat for no reason and delayed the journey so we did not reach our destination at a reasonable time, i understand possible delay due to border crossing but we got through the border fast however still arrived minimum 30 mins late. Had to pay double price for taxi as we missed our pre booked taxi too and all traveling.com did was issue 50% refund. 100% refund is fair and due.

Ridiculous! We had changed time of our bus from kotor to dubrovnik, to earlier in the morning, the correspondence with the company was great! However the journey was far from good! Our bus was supposed to got to the bus terminal at 8.30 am in kotor but finally turned up at 10.30 with no prior word from the driver on when arrival would be. Along with this on the website it says that the journey is 2.5 hours long - this is far from true! It took us 5 hours both ways (7if including the delay above on the way back) both in which we only stopped for boarder control, the bathrooms on board we all out of order so there was no where to use the restroom or any stops at all in order to relive yourself.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at the Budva bus station. My bus was scheduled to depart at 7:30, and I arrived at the station at 7:00 with my ticket already purchased online. However, I was denied access to the platform because I did not have a printed copy of the ticket. I was forced to print it at the counter for an additional fee of €3. This charge is unreasonable and unjustified for a single sheet of paper, especially when a digital ticket should be perfectly valid. The situation caused me significant stress. I was asked to send my ticket to the station’s email six times, yet staff insisted they never received it (or that it went to spam). With only minutes left before departure, I was still refused entry despite holding a valid, paid ticket. Only because the bus was delayed was I able to board in the end. Do not pay for Traveling.com. We had to pay numerous fees not included in your price. We were ok with the luggage fees as we expected these, however we were forced to pay €8 at the station as ‘our tickets were not printed’. We felt Traveling.com are guilty of false advertising as they charge booking fees as well as the advertised price, only for us to pay an extra €14 in total in luggage, printing fees and some other unknown fee at the bus station. Far better off booking it locally than using this site.

Really delayed journey. The bus was on time. The time of arrival in Dubrovnik was delayed. Instead of getting of the bus at 10.45, we were at the bus station at 13.45 (3 hours delayed). Due to this delay we almost missed our plane. The driver didn't know english language, so there wasn't any possibility to communicate.

Great value transport. Late due to traffic but no fault of the travel company. I was a bit sceptical of booking given the really bad reviews but were really surprised. Bus arrived 20 mins before departure and was new and clean Left on-time but we were delayed with traffic at the border and due to an accident on the way in to Kotor but not a fault of the bus company. We had to pay extra for luggage but we’re made aware of that beforehand.

Absolutely terrible. We finally arrived safely. The bus assistant was lazy & rude who laid his bag on fronts seat so no one could use seat. We moved into other front seat when free and he tried to make us move. He wanted to smoke on the bus and when we objected tried to bully us into moving seats further away, demanded to see our copy tickets even though he already had original trying to say we had different seat numbers. Then started writing messages on Google translate still trying to make us move so he could smoke ! Before Dubrovnik, a couple asked if the driver could stop on road and let them out as we passed the airport, as bus was running really late and they would miss their flight if they had to go all the way into Dubrovnik and back again. Didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. Drivers assistant scoffed at them and said it would cost 100€ not the 35 € which was all the guy had to offer when really it should have just been decent thing to do. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a lazy rude young man.

Driver charged money for luggage and the station charged money for ticket, which was printed. Extra fee for luggage. Extra fee for not printing the ticket and even when we printed ticket for our next trip the station charged us Extra fee for check-in??? Trip from Kotor to Dubrovnik lasted 5 hours and not 2 hours as it was written on website. Driver didn't know much English to explain us what is going on when we stood in traffic through the border. He drived rapidly and wasn't helpful at all.

Comfortable air conditioning g and seats. The earliest bus was 08:30 and arrived late 1 hr. due to traffic at that late morning hour. There should.be an earlier bus so the connection flight is not missed due to lateness and border crossing. The bus does not stop at the airport but continues on to bus terminal which means I had to take a shuttle to go backwards to the airport which is on the same road the bus travels.

Driver was good. We were supposed to arrive at 22:15 but we finally arrived at 23:15 We were stuck at the border during almost 1 hour without any A/C it was terrible. The guy ask 2€ for each bag in the bus hold.

Efficient service, beatyful view. The driver complaint about on line purchased tickets. He asked for the printed tickets on paper which we didn’t have. We showed the tickets on the phone. The toilet on the bus was locked and couldn’t be used and the driver did not allow us time to go to the toilet in any stop of the trip. We were charged 2 euros per each carry on baggage and upon arrival the choffer did not take the luggage from the bus. The passengers had to take their one luggage from the luggage compartment in the bottom if the bus.

Is ok. No usb connection in the bus. Air conditioner can be stronger. Sound isolation from engine, also can be better. And about 2 euros for one bag.they have to give pay check. I get nothing.

The driver made a HUGE scene when I gave him my phone with my e-ticket on it. Saying “problem problem” when actually there was no problem because on my ticket it said that I could have the e-ticket???? Also there says that there’s a toilet on the bus but then there wasn’t.

The bus driver was unable to communicate a problem that he had but should not have been a problem. Driver was a good and safe driver. Was punctual and bus was clean and comfortable. HOWEVER PLEASE DO NOT SELL ONLINE TICKETS TO BE TOLD BY THE DRIVER I MUST HAVE A PAPER TICKET! And his English was very poor which only really mattered as his only two words were PRINT and PAPER. When I asked at the bus station before we returned on the service ( after a very unpleasant unprofessional exchange getting on the bus to go to our destination) if they could print my return ticket they were almost hostile saying I just needed to argue my case with the bus driver and if unsuccessful but a new paper ticket. I was so anxious and upset I felt nearly sick and again I was told by same bus driver I need PRINTED TICKET. Please do not sell online tickets if the driver does not accept the tickets with QR codes. Thank you. The bus was fine, the driver was a good driver and the price was a standard price but unacceptable was the anxiety created by the argument about the ticket.

Why do they hate tourists? It got me there. The staff at the bus station were vile to everybody and I really don't know why. On reading the reviews it seems like they are like this with everyone. They would not print my ticket the night before (why is this even a thing?) and I had to go to the Old Town to get it printed. Tax is added on even after you've bought the tickets and they won't let you on the bus until you pay it. Additional cost to put your luggage in the hold and if you don't have the right money you get the bad attitude. No air conditioning on the bus. No working toilet on the bus. No announcements about whether you can get off the bus when they stop to pick up other passengers for a comfort break. I have travelled extensively in many countries by bus and I've never felt so unwelcome.

Good trip in general. Timely. Disappointed that there was an unexpected additional 2€ charge per person at the bus station and then another 2€ charge per each luggage. In the end the price for 2 adults and 2 children was 80€ for the trip, could have rented a taxi for just 20€ more.

We were very surprised, when the bus made a scheduled stop at the station in Kotor, and discovered the need to switch from the Podgorica bus, to the Niksic bus., which went through Tivat. The transfer was not listed on your website, nor were we informed before boarding in Dubrovnik. The bus route was listed as " DIRECT" when ordering from the site. And communication with the staff was limited, as they did not speak English and we do not speak Slavic. However, the transfer succeeded and we appropriately reached Tivat.

The bus was delayed by 2 hours . We drove to Dubrovnik airport . Since the bus was late We asked to stop at Dubrovnik airport , but the driver did not agree to stop . From Dubrovnik to the airport We drove a taxi , We barely got on a flight.
