Vasiliki BWe literally had our suitcases all over our heads, in the corridors blocking the exit. The most unsafe transfer I have ever had. I was scared for the safety of my son and me, most of all in the ferry, as I knew that if anything happened, there was no way out of the vehicle, because of all the suitcases blocking every exit. The company should book more vehicles to accomodate customers and not juggle with their safety for profit. Terrible experience.

Ferdie MEverybody, including ourselves, were picked up in Ao nang, but we, my wife and I , for some misterious reason, were charged an extra THB200, which we had to pay in cash to the driver on arrival to Koh Lanta. Did'nt get much joy or a logical explanation after enquiring online about this. Needless to say, we won't be using the same service again.

Ella GTransfer was efficient and easy, the driver was late by an hour which set us back a little but the bus, ferry and journey as a whole was great. I whatsapped the company as the PDF said to be there an hour before and they said the bus would arrive at a certain time, and then the bus was much later, this was slightly frustrating but not a major issue.

Joanna TWait super long in bus station and we switched 3 times the van … the worse is the driver (I think nobody told him) didn’t want to drive me to the hotel however the staff in the bus station suggest me to pay more for drop me off at my hotel instead of the mc Donald’s … the poor driver didn’t speak English it was hard to convince him to drive people, who paid more, to their hotel

Max BPick up was in the 30 min scheduled, very nice modern bus with plenty of space. I was sitting in the back and had enough leg room while I am 1.93cm. Driver drove great although taking it a bit slower wouldn't mind me personally. We arrived 30m earlier than planned so that was great!

Max MOverall the trip was satisfactory, but our van came about 20 minutes before the given time, which is why we had to rush to catch it. Additionally, we had to wait about an hour at a transit station, because we needed to change to another van. In the end, we arrived an hour late, because the driver had to drop off people in a completely different place. The comfort was decent though.

Yessenia JThe company communicated well on where to meet for pick up with an easy to follow picture. They let us know when the vehicle was there and were available for questions. The drive itself was comfortable, very affordable, and safe! I was a solo rider, so safety and communication are very important for me, I highly recommend using this service and will use them again in the future!

Chuang CThe trip was smooth. Not very crowded in the van, so plenty of room for my giant suitcase. I paid another 200 Baht for the luggage before getting on the bus. We waited for about 1.5h for the boat, which then took another 1.5h to get to Koh Samui. It was difficult to bring the luggage when boarding because of the staircases. But getting off the boat was smooth (I don't know why there was no ramp when we were boarding).
Although the website does not show the option of transferring to the hotel at Koh Samui, you can directly pay 150 Baht for that service at the bus terminal of Krabi. It would be better if it is stated on this website because I spent a while to find hotel-to-hotel transfer.

Monir K**Very Poor Driver Attitude & Unprofessional Service – 1/5 ⭐**
I am very disappointed with the driver's attitude and behavior during this transfer.
I was informed of the available pickup times and **specifically selected 3:00 PM**. However, the driver arrived at approximately **2:40 PM** and immediately started rushing us, showing an angry and irritated attitude. I calmly told him that we would be ready by the selected pickup time of 3:00 PM and that there was no need to worry. Instead, he told me that I should have been standing by from **2:30 PM**.
If the driver expected passengers to be ready at 2:30 PM, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. It is unreasonable to select a 3:00 PM pickup time and then pressure passengers for not being ready 30 minutes earlier.
The driver's attitude throughout the journey from **Phuket to Krabi** was also extremely unpleasant. Whenever we encountered traffic jams or traffic signals, he repeatedly **hit/slammed the steering wheel in frustration**. This was very uncomfortable to witness as a passenger and made me question his professionalism and emotional control while driving.
I also noticed that **one of the seats in the front row was damaged**. However, this was not a major concern for us because **we were the only two passengers travelling as a couple**, so we had enough space and it did not affect our comfort significantly. I am mentioning it only as an additional observation about the condition of the vehicle.
Overall, the biggest issue was **not the vehicle condition but the driver's attitude, lack of professionalism, and the way he treated us as passengers**. A professional driver should be respectful, patient, and calm, especially when transporting passengers on a long journey.
**I would give the driver 1/5 and strongly recommend that the company investigate this driver's behavior and provide proper customer-service and professional driving training.**
I do appreciate the **Phuket-to-Krabi transfer service itself**, as the service is convenient and useful for travelers. However, the driver represents the company, and this kind of attitude can seriously affect the customer's overall experience and confidence in the service.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future passengers receive a much more professional and respectful experience.

Irina KThe communication with support was quite confusing - I bought a ticket from Koh lanta - to Phuket with a transfer from my hotel which was a bit out of the area and I had to pay extra. Ivy Mi’m a solo female traveler, and i ended up being the only one on the transfer van! i felt super safe the entire time, we stopped for a toilet break halfway through, and the driver got snacks and got some fruit for me too :) pick up was right on time, and we even arrived a bit early. the seats were comfortable and reclined almost the whole way back. very lovely driver!
