But bus driver was really informal and making unnecessary stops of over 15min for a 2h drive; of course in places where he probably got a commission or ‘gift’ in exchange. We arrived nearly 1h late to our destination and he tried to overcharge an extra 1km drive to our hotek

Hannah BDodgy - they tried to make me pay an extra 100 baht to take me to my hostel when my ticket didn’t even include a hostel drop off. To make things worse I was meant to be dropped off at a location a 1 minute walk away from my hostel, plus someone else on my transfer was already being dropped off at my hostel so we would have been stopping there first anyway

Ellouise MI'd previously booked with Lomprayah and it was amazing, the bus was great and spacious plus the process of finding the bus, getting tickets etc was so smooth but this was horrible. when you get off the ferry (which was fine) you have no direction at all where to get the van. At the bus stop I had to ask 3 people (it doesn't say on the 12go pdf) and I was just told to contact the driver from my pdf ticket but there was no information regarding this given. Then you're vaguely directed towards a waiting area but if I didn't walk further than what I was told I would've missed the van because there's no signs just lines of drivers. Then our driver sat there for 40 minutes with all of us in the van before he drove off and made like 3 breaks so we were over 1 1/2 hours late

Nikol AEverything was perfect! The ferry was big and spacious and the van was new, clean and the driver was very nice. We arrived a bit later, but that was not a problem for us.

Josefin DWhen I came to the pier the buss left whitout me, everyone told me to wait at one spot and then no one showed up, went to the information desk and they called the company snd said they already left. And I was waiting there the whole time. Had to book a new buss and wait for a really long time. It was not nice at all.
