Amy CFirst the bus arrived late which can’t be helped, but we then arrived way past the time we were meant to. We were meant to be dropped off at Phong Nha, but instead the bus kept going and said we have a free taxi to do the rest of the journey. So we had to get off the sleeper bus and get in a car. Not what was expected.

George DThe bus arrived ten mins late so I would say that’s pretty good going! The bus was very modern, clean and comfy so I was super happy with it. I managed to sleep 95% of the journey and the driver woke me up at my stop (Phong Nha) and made sure I had all my belongings. Only negative is it was a little bit like a rollercoaster ride at times and my wife struggled with that so didn’t sleep as much as me. The beds are also not long enough for a 6ft person such as myself but that’s to be expected here. It was still more than spacious enough for me to lie on my side with bent legs.

Marc MBus was due in at 8am when booking but arrived just before 4am which was great but some people did not have accommodation booked and were stranded. Bus was what it says on the box basically and the toilet break was around 12am

Krisha TI booked this bus as it claimed it would arrive at 5am. The bus forced us to leave 1 hour earlier, sped through the entire way and arrived at 3:30am. The full had every intention to arrive at 3:30 as they were picking up passengers at 4am. DO NOT ADVERTISE that you’ll be arriving at 5am and make people pay more for this bus when you arrive 1.5 hour early. I understand some people wouldn’t mind arriving early but this then meant I had to get a hotel room. Also the staff are extremely rude. The chargers on the bus didn’t work.

Enrique ABus was late, no information when it would arrive. It did not stop for breaks at all. The staff shouting and pushing customers to their seats.
