Fynn PWas originally put on a super nice VIP, then put on a second bus which smelt terrible, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and barely stopped. I got where I needed to be but was chaotic and took 3 hours longer.

Pavankumar Bit is a comfortable journey however it did happen with lot of ifs and buts.
Like pickup is late, uncertain in ticket issuing, uncertain in pickup timings - i understand it is due to festival and weekend season. So, it is a one of the days.
Overall, i recommend the Journey with group tours, gille, Anh and all others helped a lot with information clear enough. I appreciate the help

We ran into traffic in Hanoi and arrived just in time, and they were kind enough to wait for us.
The drivers' driving was a bit reckless.

Luca SI had bought a ticket onilne that seemed to be a cabin bus, however after the purchase i was informed that it was a normal sleeper bus and was then told I would have to pay an additional fee in order to upgrade. Talking to other passengers it seems as if I was not the only one to fall for this accident. Moreover, it seems as if the bus was over booked and groups were put together in order to fit everyone. The driver and assistent were kind and tried to be problem solving within the context of the situation. However, I do not believe the company providing this service should be the first choice for booking a trip.

Eva A very comfortable way to travel and an amazing experience. It was a very clean and luxurious bus. I would always choose this company again. Bus driver was also very friendly and took great care of our son when he was not feeling well during the trip.
