Sara Thodinu před odjezdem jsme vedli se společností konverzaci, zda čekáme na správném místě. 10 minut před odjezdem nám přišla zpráva, že pro nás jede taxi, které nás doveze k autobusu jiné společnosti než G8, kterou jsme si zaplatili, což proběhlo v pořádku a rozumíme tomu, že nastaly nějaké technické problémy, ale v řidič autobusu náhradní společnosti se s námi dohadoval a byl na nás velice nepříjemný a chtěl nás posadit do kabiny nahoře, i přes to, že jsme měli jízdenky, které jasně říkaly, že jsme si zaplatili spodní kabinu. Tohle byla nepříjemná zkušenost.

At 14:30 someone sent us a message to request we were at pick-up at 15:30, whilst it was first scheduled at 17:00. We had plans but had to cancel them.
When we arrived the bus was a normal one. We were confused like everyone else in the bus, no explanation. The driver spoke not a single word of English and just laughed a bit.
We then rode 1 hour to a bus terminal, where we waited for an hour in the sleeper bus to depart: real waste of time. The drivers were rude and did not speak a single word of English.

Marisa WI rented a red bus and they put me on a yellow. It did not look clean like the pict. Also the staff /bus driver was rude to everyone.

Peter HI should have left Hanoi at 13:00. Instead of the bus arriving at 13:00, a taxi came to pick me up and took me to the bus station, where I had to wait until 14:00. The bus itself was in very good condition. The biggest problem was that we left one hour late and arrived in Ha Giang two and a half hours later than stated on my ticket. This was quite late for me because I already had some things planned.

Amber VIt was pretty good. Except when we arrived at ha giang, they put us in a smaller bus and didn’t tell what we where going to do… so we drove 1 hour around to drop everybody off at there stay. Meanwhile our stay was the closet to the bus stop. They couldn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate
