Naimat KIts was comfortable and relaxing from bangkok till the surat thani port. Then they put us in cargo ship where i have to carry myself 4bags and lift them to the upper deck. That was a horrible part of the trip. Other then that bus and transfer was easy and comfortable.

Stef RGot us from the pick up to the destination... Few changes - ie different ferry for some reason (slower cargo ferry) and pressured to pay 300B by some lady in Suret Thani telling us it was for the taxi to get to hotel. Which it was.... But felt we had no choice. Water and snack given as advertised. Stops for 45min half way for food / drinks if you want it.

Audrey MTravel bus asia was perfect, the only problem was the guy behind who didn't want me to lower my seat because him didn't want to sleep so we didn't recline his seat... So I felt bad and worried and I didn't, maybe you should put a sign saying that we are allowed to recline...

Aye CThe overall trip was good. But i will say poor service as the receptionist from BKK office is very rude. She is very rude and treated the customer like a scammer. But she seems so sweet to white people. :)

Kyaw MOverall is good. I hope bus will be more spacious but with this price it was acceptable. I was 6 feet tall so when in front of they use incline bench my leg was stuck.
