- Les billets de bus sont souvent plus abordables que les billets d'avion ou de train rapide. Il y a un large choix de classe de billet, et des options pour toutes les bourses. Les options standard, les moins chères, sont souvent un peu lentes et n’offre pas un confort maximal, mais elles sont quand même acceptables et vous amènent à destination. Nous avons dû prendre un Van qui etait très sale et d’ailleurs en retard de 30min, pour rouler pendant 3H je ne sais où.. ensuite on nous pose et nous indique qu’il faut attendre ici 1h30 pour prendre le vrai bus. Le périple ne me gêne pas mais j’aurai aimé être informé lors de ma réservation.
Le bus quant à lui, pas confortable du tout.
Rien à voir avec mon expérience Bangkok chiang mai qui a été un 10/10.

Sarah LLe chauffeur de bus nous a récupéré à l’heure au Ferry, ils devaient nous déposer directement à la gère routière de Krabi, mais il n’était pas mentionné qu’il ferait un détour par un autre port, des autres points de rdv pour récupérer d’autres passagers, par contre ils nous a proposé de finalement nous déposer à notre horaire hôtel moyennant quasi le même tarif qu’un Bolt, sauf qu’en fait il devait aussi récupérer des autres passagers dans le même quartier que notre hôtel, fair-play mais du coupon est arrivé avec 2h de plus….

Romane GJ’ai réservé puis regardé les commentaires après … j’ai pris peur.
Finalement, je pense que tous ces mauvais commentaires venaient de personnes bien trop exigeantes (un peu aigrie ? 🥲) car tout s’est super bien passé ! Et c’est l’un des trajets en bus où j’ai le mieux dormi.
Détails trajet (ça peut vous aider sachant que l’appli n’en donne aucun) :
Un minibus est venu nous chercher à l’hôtel à patong, nous a déposé à un autre minibus qui nous conduit 4h jusque Surat thani. Arrivés la bas, on a attendu 1h le bus pour Bangkok. Et ensuite nous avons eu 10h de route à peu près avec une pause au milieu pour manger, se dégourdir les jambes etc.
Le bus était confortable et il y avait beaucoup d’espace entre les rangées, ce qui permet de bien s’allonger. Prise usb et usbc, plaid, eau, petit gâteaux fourni. Toilettes dans le bus (prévoir un paquet de lingettes). Pour le confort, prévoyez un pull, un masque de nuit et des boules quies.
Le seul bémol et le GROS point à corriger : donner un trajet détaillé aux passagers afin d’avoir le déroulement et peut être être au courent des multiples connexions et changement de véhicule.

The bus from Bangkok was good: well organized, on time, and comfortable by Asian standards. The ferry was fine too.
The problem came after we got off the bus. A staff member told me it was impossible to rent a scooter on Koh Phangan that week because of a religious festival, and sold me a 400 baht taxi transfer to my hotel. This was false: scooters were available. I was then made to wait in a shared pick-up taxi for over 45 minutes, since the driver refused to leave until it was full. After a night on the bus, that was frustrating.
I went to the company's desk on the island and asked for a refund. They weren't happy, but did refund me. I rented a scooter and reached my hotel in 30 minutes.
Be careful: don't rely on what the staff tell you about local transport, and check for yourself.

Deandra RGot to destination safely. We only stopped once after 5 hours, and then again at the end of our bus journey. I didn't mind as I had eaten already, although it would've been nice to have more stops as the toilet in the bus didn't smell too good... and its just difficult to use the bathroom in a moving bus.

Aidan CAlright bus ride. Friendly employees. Definitely not the bus from the advertisements. Was an hour late leaving but arrived early. Bus itself is getting pretty run down and the bathroom could use some work, anytime someone used it the smell would waft through the bus. The pickup was also not at the Krabi bus terminal like indicated on the ticket. Pretty average for an overnight bus all and all, definitely not the best but definitely not the worst.

We arrived almost at 18:00, while according to the schedule the arrival time was 14:00. A delay of nearly four hours is unacceptable.
Overall, the trip was poorly organized and stressful. I hope the company improves its service and time management.

Denise MThe first ten hours of the bus journey were unfortunately not very pleasant. The seats were squeaky, the bus made a beeping sound every two to five minutes, and overall it was not very comfortable. During the scheduled breaks, the stops were not at official gas stations or regular convenience stores, but at shops operated by the company itself. This created the impression that passengers were being subtly encouraged to purchase food or snacks there, which felt somewhat uncomfortable.
The remainder of the trip was good and seamless. Both the ferry transfer and the second bus were perfectly fine and much more comfortable.

Federica CThe first bus was late but nobody told us anything just a lady at the beginning that did not give us any information,closed the store and left after the initial departure time. we waited for 40 mins without news and with no one at the pick up point.
Then the second overnight bus was HORRIBLE, it stinked like pee for the whole time, the toilet was not working, the seats were extremely narrow and small, not to mention that it was stopping literally every hour turning the lights on, so it was impossible to sleep. No WiFi, no phon plugs, just a 10 hours nightmare. For the same price you can get a much better service. I definetly not reccomend

Aiden JI had to pay an extra 600 baht for mini van to Patong. I paid for the full trip on 12Go said nothing about extra money. They sent the bus back to Bangkok and said you have to get shared minivan from here. So I had no other choice but to pay the extra. It should be put on the listing as Bangkok to Surat Thani not Patong as they don’t take you full way.

Ekaterina KIt was terrible to wait in the middle of nowhere the bus to the Bangkok. From the ferry station the old and scary vehicles to the Surat Thani. Then in this middle of nowhere with padthai for 100 baht also was asked to pay additional 200 baht for the sitting alone.

Jonah GBus was pretty cramped and smelly wish the seats were more comfortable. They did a stop that seamed kinda like a scam where everyone was let off at a bus stop and they basically forced people to buy these expensive bus passes basically the same price as a taxi from the ferry to your hotel I recommend for the price to just get rental motercycle for the day and drive around. Also it won't let you motorbike taxi out of the Ferry terminal you gotta walk like 100meters to the 711 and they will pick you up there.

Matt BYou might not know what vehicle you are getting in straight away. Don’t panic. The drivers can be abit crazy. They will call out different destinations randomly, without any rhyme or reason. Just make sure you get in the right vehicle.
