Le chauffeur m’a laissée dans une ville (Kotor) a presqu’une heure de la ville d’arrivée (Podgorica) car j’étais la seule dans le bus à cet arrêt. J’ai donc du payer un autre billet de bus et ai du annuler mon deuxième billet pour la correspondance. Il n’a pas fait l’effort de parler ni comprendre l’anglais… Air conditioning faisant énormément de bruit et un peu trop élevée.

Bad experience, unless tickets are reimbursed. We had to pay the tickets twice because we were not able to print the ticket anywhere and the driver could not scan the digital one. The price of luggage was higher than any other bus we used in the Balkans. The bus itself was not comfortable and way too warm.

Le chauffeur du retour était totalement désagréable, il y a eu un quiproquo des le départ car la dame de la gare m’a pris mon billet imprimé pour me donner un autre billet que le chauffeur ne voulait pas accepter, puis arrivés à la douane il voulait absolument nous faire passer un par un alors que je voyageais avec ma petite sœur mineure, et qu’un mineur n’est pas censé passer une frontière tout seul… et au vu de son petit niveau d’anglais, il ne voulait pas comprendre que nous étions obligées de rester toutes les deux et n’a fait que de râler et m’a assez mal parlé.

Bien mais …. Le prix. Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécier de devoir payer 2 euros par bagage en plus du billet sans pour autant avoir été prévenu lors de l’achat des billets sur internet. On se demande même si c’est pas le chauffeur qui a décidé de se faire un pourboire facilement. De plus, il faut accepter les billets non imprimés qui ont été achetés sur internet car les touristes n’ont pas forcément accès à une imprimante avant de monter dans le bus !

Agréablement surpris. Notre bus est parti à l’heure de sa station de départ, là où nous le prenions. La conduite était correcte. Pas de frais de station à payer en plus à l’arrivée à Kotor contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire. Nous sommes arrivés avec 1h de retard à cause du passage de la frontière, ce n’était pas un problème pour nous car nous l’avions anticipé mais il faut le savoir. Supplément de 2€ par bagage en soute à régler directement au chauffeur.

Avoid Fridays. Your feedback page is too stupid to allow us to enter the correct date, which was the third. A sign in the bus window clearly stated that WiFi would be available, but that was untrue. The worst, though, was that the journey took more than 5 hours, instead of the 2 hours given in the timetable. The old-fashioned passport inspection at two checkpoints took lots of time, and this was aggravated by weekend travellers, filling up the road.

Why doesn't this bus stop at Airport. At least in the bus stop outside the airport? Bus was clean and comfortable. Driver was courteous and helpful. Bus was extremely late. Delayed by an hour and 40 mins to leave Kotor. Driver took his time in each stop. Several passengers going to airport were delayed severely, leading to missing the flight. Driver wouldn't stop to let the passenger out/near at Airport. Bus company should change their timetable to reflect the likelihood time of arrival so passengers can plan around true time. Fortunately this time border crossing didn't take long. We have to add 1 or 2 hour to the timetable for border crossing.

Trip to Dubrovnik. The overall experience was unfortunately not very positive. There wasn’t much I particularly liked, although I can say the bus itself was comfortable, which made the ride a bit easier. Aside from that, the trip did not leave a great impression. You need to have everything printed, otherwise you end up paying extra at the bus station. On top of that, they also charge you additional fees for baggage, so you end up paying more than expected. The bus was about an hour delayed and there was no information given—we were just waiting around without knowing what was happening. The border crossing is also very time-consuming, though I understand that part is not really the company’s fault.

The bus arrived more than 2 hours later than the scheduled time, which caused significant inconvenience. Nice trip, but think better in high season. The trip started on time. The bus was clean and it was comfortable. A remember, it's necessary to pay € 2,00 per luggage. The trip took way more time than the predicted. It wasn't the bus company foul, but it's important to keep in mind that in high season the montenegrian traffic is huge. Once again, not the bus company foul, but take it in consideration when booking a bus ride in august.

Poor service and uncomfortable journey. The bus was on time to leave the station. The air con was malfunctioning and spat out cold water from a leak above our seat, the aircon was not turned on until after 30 mins or so into the journey so we were baking in the heat, multiple requests later and the driver finally turned on aircon. The driver made stops but not to let us have a break but just to have a chat for no reason and delayed the journey so we did not reach our destination at a reasonable time, i understand possible delay due to border crossing but we got through the border fast however still arrived minimum 30 mins late. Had to pay double price for taxi as we missed our pre booked taxi too and all traveling.com did was issue 50% refund. 100% refund is fair and due.

Ridiculous! We had changed time of our bus from kotor to dubrovnik, to earlier in the morning, the correspondence with the company was great! However the journey was far from good! Our bus was supposed to got to the bus terminal at 8.30 am in kotor but finally turned up at 10.30 with no prior word from the driver on when arrival would be. Along with this on the website it says that the journey is 2.5 hours long - this is far from true! It took us 5 hours both ways (7if including the delay above on the way back) both in which we only stopped for boarder control, the bathrooms on board we all out of order so there was no where to use the restroom or any stops at all in order to relive yourself.

Do not pay for Traveling.com. We had to pay numerous fees not included in your price. We were ok with the luggage fees as we expected these, however we were forced to pay €8 at the station as ‘our tickets were not printed’. We felt Traveling.com are guilty of false advertising as they charge booking fees as well as the advertised price, only for us to pay an extra €14 in total in luggage, printing fees and some other unknown fee at the bus station. Far better off booking it locally than using this site.

Really delayed journey. The bus was on time. The time of arrival in Dubrovnik was delayed. Instead of getting of the bus at 10.45, we were at the bus station at 13.45 (3 hours delayed). Due to this delay we almost missed our plane. The driver didn't know english language, so there wasn't any possibility to communicate.

Great value transport. Late due to traffic but no fault of the travel company. I was a bit sceptical of booking given the really bad reviews but were really surprised. Bus arrived 20 mins before departure and was new and clean Left on-time but we were delayed with traffic at the border and due to an accident on the way in to Kotor but not a fault of the bus company. We had to pay extra for luggage but we’re made aware of that beforehand.

Absolutely terrible. We finally arrived safely. The bus assistant was lazy & rude who laid his bag on fronts seat so no one could use seat. We moved into other front seat when free and he tried to make us move. He wanted to smoke on the bus and when we objected tried to bully us into moving seats further away, demanded to see our copy tickets even though he already had original trying to say we had different seat numbers. Then started writing messages on Google translate still trying to make us move so he could smoke ! Before Dubrovnik, a couple asked if the driver could stop on road and let them out as we passed the airport, as bus was running really late and they would miss their flight if they had to go all the way into Dubrovnik and back again. Didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. Drivers assistant scoffed at them and said it would cost 100€ not the 35 € which was all the guy had to offer when really it should have just been decent thing to do. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a lazy rude young man.

Driver charged money for luggage and the station charged money for ticket, which was printed. Extra fee for luggage. Extra fee for not printing the ticket and even when we printed ticket for our next trip the station charged us Extra fee for check-in??? Trip from Kotor to Dubrovnik lasted 5 hours and not 2 hours as it was written on website. Driver didn't know much English to explain us what is going on when we stood in traffic through the border. He drived rapidly and wasn't helpful at all.

Comfortable air conditioning g and seats. The earliest bus was 08:30 and arrived late 1 hr. due to traffic at that late morning hour. There should.be an earlier bus so the connection flight is not missed due to lateness and border crossing. The bus does not stop at the airport but continues on to bus terminal which means I had to take a shuttle to go backwards to the airport which is on the same road the bus travels.

Driver was good. We were supposed to arrive at 22:15 but we finally arrived at 23:15 We were stuck at the border during almost 1 hour without any A/C it was terrible. The guy ask 2€ for each bag in the bus hold.

Efficient service, beatyful view. The driver complaint about on line purchased tickets. He asked for the printed tickets on paper which we didn’t have. We showed the tickets on the phone. The toilet on the bus was locked and couldn’t be used and the driver did not allow us time to go to the toilet in any stop of the trip. We were charged 2 euros per each carry on baggage and upon arrival the choffer did not take the luggage from the bus. The passengers had to take their one luggage from the luggage compartment in the bottom if the bus.

Is ok. No usb connection in the bus. Air conditioner can be stronger. Sound isolation from engine, also can be better. And about 2 euros for one bag.they have to give pay check. I get nothing.
