Jade GLe van est arrivé avec 25 min de retard (donc 25 min de retard à l’arrivée à l’aéroport, heureusement que notre vol avait du retard aussi …)
L’organisateur nous a donné la veille, l’immatriculation du véhicule qui devait nous récupérer. Il ne correspondait pas du tout.
Nous avons du changé 3 fois de véhicule.

Laurent JLe véhicule n était pas en très bon état. Le chauffeur est arrivé en retard de 20 minutes et ensuite nous avons changé aux abords de Hanoï pour un autre camion encore plus vetuste.

Cyril RNous avons été récupéré au point de RDV par un vieux véhicule et avons été conduit dans un local où nous avons attendu 20-30 minutes d’autres personnes pour le trajet, nous sommes donc arrivés en retard sur Hanoi

Shereen BThe reason for this rating is the lack of information provided. I changed transport 3 times. For the last transport that takes you to the airport, I think they forgot about me because they had to call in an extra taxi to pick me up. So had to wait for 10 to 15mins.
The first transport was a minivan from Tam Coc to Ninh Binh city (so short drive). The second was the Limo bus to Hanoi. And the third was the taxi to the aiport. The bus and taxi were clean and comfortable. No issues there. They just need to communicate who goes where and when better.

Jarla SWe were told to come 10 minutes early. When we arrived there was a very nice bus waiting but us and a bunch of other people weren’t allowed on the bus. They clearly miscalculated the amount of persons and the people left behind were made to wait, then shoved on a hardly air conditioned minivan. The driver drove like a maniac to make up time. Ten minutes later we had to get off again with our luggage to wait for another small bus. 1,5 hours after the original departure time we left. The people were unkind and not very professional. Do not recommend.

Barbara You need to explain better verbally where to get picked up in trang a boat station. Your pin put it in the parking lot and people helping said you weren’t allowed in there 20 minutes of back and forth calls and photos with the help of a Vietnamese person as the driver had no English
Just tell people in the parking lot before you enter thru the toll booth.
Then we were not dropped off where we were supposed to be. Drive said sorry but get out here in French quarter. A lot longer grab for me.
Hope the next time I book goes a lot better or I’ll be deleting this app. Very frustrating time!
