Didier RLe chauffeur devait arriver à 07h40/08h00 comme convenu avec l’agence, il est arrivé à 08h20. Il nous a transporté jusqu’à Krabi à 10h20 environ où il nous a laissé sur le bord de la route sans nous accompagner en nous indiquant de prendre contact avec la société maritime LOMPRAYAH, nous pensions qu’il nous emmenait jusqu’à là jetee pour prendre un bateau en direction de la jetée mae Haad Koh tao. Nous avons attendu 11h45 pour partir en direction de Koh tao. Arrivés au port nous avons pris le bateau rapide en Direction de Koh tao où nous avons débarqués vers 18h30 alors que nous étions sensés arrivés à 17h00. J’ai pris ces billets qui étaient plus chers car le bateau devait arriver avant et en fait il est arrivé plus tard. Très déçu. Pouvez-vous me faire un geste commercial avoir ou remboursement d’une partie. Ou code de réduction sur un prochain achat

Lionel OMore then 1 1/2 hour to late although we booked the expensive price/tour. In addition, it was already clear beforehand that there would be only one ferry that day. This made the more expensive option with the shorter travel time (9 hours)—which we booked—ridiculous and misleading compared to the other options (over 10 hours.

Marie Driver was on his phone and we booked a speedboat, arrival was set to be 5 pm. However, once we arrived at the pier, we had to wait for 3 hours and had to take a different boat. Arrival was 6 pm.
I am not sure, why we had to leave so early in Koh lanta and than wait 3 hours at the pier. And most of all, why was this not properly communicated with us.
The driver is a safety issue. You should give him training and a safety compliance instruction.

Lauren QThey picked us up at 06:50 am from Koh Lanta which was entirely unnecessary as when we arrived at the ferry port at 12:00 we had a 3 hour wait for the boat.
The boat takes approximately 4 hours to get to Koh Tao, meaning the journey we booked which was meant to be 08:00-17:00 was actually 06:50-19:15.
Just be honest about the waiting / times and update the details of the trip so customers understand what it actually entails.
For improvement I’d say to pick customers up even 1 hour later, so they don’t need to wake up so early and then sit waiting in a hot room for 3 hours.

Megan PNo issues with the journey and it went smoothly. 7am - 1:30pm you are in a minibus which is fine as it stops a few times for the restroom / food. You then get to the port and have to wait 2 hours for the next boat which is a bit annoying. The boat stops at two islands before it gets to Ko Tao where you have to wait for passengers to get on and off which is also annoying as you’re on the boat for 3 hours. The last leg of the boat is particularly choppy so would take travel sickness tablets before!

Lotta HThe driver was punctual and friendly, and we even had a short break during the trip. We were dropped off at the pier and the tickets were arranged for us, which was helpful. However, the 2.5-hour wait there was quite annoying. According to 12GoAsia, we were supposed to arrive in Koh Tao around 5:00 PM, but in the end it was almost 7:30 PM because the ferry ride took much longer and was delayed by nearly two hours.
It would be better to schedule the hotel pickup later so the waiting time isn’t so long.
