Yuto NI took the night bus from Sofia to Istanbul.
While one of the drivers was kind and helpful, the others were extremely rude and arrogant. During the border crossing, they gave no proper instructions on what passengers needed to do, leaving everyone confused. To make matters worse, one of them was shouting at passengers for completely unnecessary reasons.
It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience. I strongly hope the company improves its staff training and customer service.
