Rishab JWe booked El rey fast boat. The check in process is smooth and it was easy to reach their office. Boarding and departure was 20 mins late. That’s the norm I think with all boats. The boat itself was fine, and we reached Nusa Penida comfortably. Keep in mind that no matter what 12Go says, NO boat has aircon. It’s not a problem in the morning since you’re fresh and it’s breezy. But coming back all sweaty and tired, before the boat departs it feels icky. The staff is helpful and speaks good English. We departed Nusa Penida at 5pm sharp as mentioned on the ticket. No delays there. Overall satisfied with the journey.

Ash LPaid for a 30 minute boat ride at 3pm. By the time all suitcases were on at was almost 330, then the ride took well over 30 minutes. I think I was put on the slower 45 minute boat as my ticket wasn't or a specific company.

Asif ASea was calm! Heard a lot about late departure, rough seas, hot weather, no fan and AC and loads of complains. Even our first purchased ticket was cancelled from another company before the day of the departure. Then we chose Waruna Darma. Everything was on time and had a wonderful experience (Still cant believe that it was a wonderful journey because of so much complains on this site).
