Ing. POrganisation from the office to the boat with a company guide was excellent. Shame we had to wait for other boats to board and we were called last so the delay was about 20 minutes

James CThe boat left slightly late (15 mins) and the boarding process had a lot of steps that seemed unnecessary and would have made it confusing if we had gone during a busier time. There was a fan over our seat but it didn't work. The ride was pretty smooth though and it got decent enough airflow for the short ride.

Hansdieter The buying and admin process were great. Also the welcome at the Harbour. They changed us to an earlier departure. So far so good. But the boat from AXEstone was a very old one. No air condition! The van didn’t work. The boat was very dirty and very rusty. Not trustful. Better we had used the El Ray. Departure too late.

Tracy HOur overall experience was pretty good. I would definitely recommend and re use them. The only downfall was the staff at check-in seemed disinterested in their jobs and their customers. Not really a big deal to us but it might be for other travelers.
