Julia TThe trip was quick, and the ferry departed and arrived at the port on time. However, it wasn’t a particularly comfortable journey. The ferry was quite noisy, and there was a strong smell of fuel throughout the entire deck. The windows were leaking and weren’t properly sealed — you could actually see them moving, and water was getting inside. The deck also wasn’t very clean.

Priyan The boat was very small, no space for setting legs between the two seats,and staff was misbehaving for luggage, other then that everything is fine.

Lennart KThe harbor is kind of unorganized with all people from different ferry lines mixed up and staff only yells when the next ferry is ready for boarding. The harbor itself is kind of unsafe because many planks are missing so you have to watch your step all the time. The ferry itself took longer than the advertised 30 minutes, more like 45 to 60 mins. During the whole trip there was a very strong smell of gasoline. The seat no. on the ticket also has no use since the seats have no numbers.

Amogh SIt was really good experience to board the boat and the ferry was also good. From Nusa penida port it was amazing. The ferry was not on time but that's fine. Just few minutes late. You get the ferry easily and the cabs can drop you very close to port. We both had total 4 bags and that wasn't a problem at all till we reach Sanur Harbour. Problem starts after sanur port as the grab pick up is far but that's not the problem of the operator.
