Robin As a solo female traveller I try my best to make the safest choices when it comes to transport and today I felt I was put in an unnecessary situation due to this bus company. I booked this trip on purpose as it stated that we would arrive around 7:50am in KL. Instead we arrived at 4am, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. Additionally, the bus driver made no effort to tell us that we had arrived at the first stop (my original stop stated on my ticket) and stopped for a brief amount of time before speeding off to an unknown bus station far outside of the city. I was completely unprepared to be dropped off so far out of the city at such an hour. Had I known we were going to arrive at 4am I would have made other arrangements and I would have been more aware of my whereabouts instead of being asleep. I was lucky that I happened to check my google maps as I was curious how long was left of the journey, only to find out we were already in Kl and just left the stop I was supposed to get off at! Absolutely ridiculous that me and 5 others are now needing to arrange extra transport at 4am to get back to the city. When we tried to talk to the bus driver he started mocking and swearing at us, yelling that we had to get off the bus.

Niall MThe bus arrived 3 hours late.
Only about 30 mins of this could be attributed to traffic. The rest is due to leaving 40 mins after the advertised time (despite the bus being there 10 mins after it, we sat for 30 mins with nobody new getting on) and terrible estimation from the company. The bus makes a lot of stops that mean it has to drive out of the way which is completely understandable for a bus but it needs to be included when estimating the arrival time.
Spending 8 hours on the bus when we were expecting 5 was very frustrating.
The second issue was the stops. In the 8 hours on the bus, the only opportunities to get food were stops at bus stations (which often don't have much to offer).
Excluding all of the above, the seats were at least relatively comfortable.

Marcel SEverything worked fine, bus was on time, seats were comfortable and we arrived without problems in KL. The only thing is that they pick up other people in different locations so we started one hour late so we arrived as well one hour late. But besides that everything went smooth
