Parinda PTraveling by van was a decent experience; the vehicle was new, clean, and comfortable. However, I have to deduct points because when I asked if it was possible to select a seat, the admin didn’t respond or even inform me which seat had been assigned. This was an issue for me, as sitting in the very back often gives me headaches—knowing the seat assignment would have helped me plan accordingly. Fortunately, the seat in the back turned out to be quite comfortable, and since I was traveling with my partner, we didn’t have to deal with the discomfort of being squeezed in with a third person. Another point to deduct concerns the driver, who lacked a service-oriented attitude and didn’t smile at all. When I asked a question, his demeanor was impolite—this is something that definitely needs improvement, considering I’m a paying customer using your company’s service. That said, the condition of the van itself was excellent, and the driver was clearly experienced.

Hokushin DThis was a terrible experience. I bought a ticket for the 3:30 PM departure, but the company changed the departure time to 4:30 PM. In the end, we didn’t even leave until 5:00 PM!
On top of that, for some reason, the driver decided not to stop in Nha Trang and instead go to Cam Ranh first, adding another hour to the journey! I stopped the driver about 20 km past Nha Trang when I realized he was apparently planning to go to Cam Ranh first. I had to order a taxi back to Nha Trang directly from the highway.
I lost both time and money because of this. Do not use this company’s services it was an absolutely terrible experience!
