after only 30 minutes after being collected from the port the car stopped and we had to sit by the side of the road for an hour for some reason without explanation from the driver. After an hour we were told to get into a different car and carry on our journey. After 2 hours in this car we stopped at a 7-11 for a 10 minute break, as we got back in the vehicle the driver (who doesn't speak any English) asked everyone for their hotel, we showed our hotel address and the driver shook his head. We then showed the address on our 12Go ticket (krabi town hotel transfer) and he shook his head and got back in the car. After another hour we noticed on google maps we were driving past krabi completely. So I asked the driver can we stop here as our hotel is here and he gave a response in Thai which I didn't understand. However he continued to drive in the opposite direction, after 25 minutes I asked again that we need to go to krabi town but he kept driving. I had to contact their emergency phone number on the 12Go booking in order for someone to tell the driver to turn around and take us to our destination after refusing too several times. We finally arrived at our destination another hour later, resulting in arriving 3 hours later than the arrival time on our booking as the first driver failed to take us to our destination and the second driver which was an unplanned change of vehicle refused to take us to our destination. This was an incredibly stressful experience and we had no help from 12Go what so ever and our driver was incredibly rude. No response from 12Go after 3 days

They got us from A to B. It took longer than advertised, we were just shuttled to and from a long, slow domestic regional bus service. It stopped so often picking up and dropping off passengers.

We arrived on time They took excellent care of us; everything was clear. We were met by a lady at tamalanga Harbour and also by a gentleman at the bus station for the Krabi bus service. I highly recommend them.

It said it would take 7 hours it took us 12. The first ferry was delayed an hour an a half due to tide levels, fair enough. Got onto the ferry they picked us up in the port and got us a taxi which was very smooth and helpful. My issue stands with the so called 5 hour bus taking nearly 7 hours. I understand that tbe bus needs to collect others however I would have preferred to have been informed when booking and the time estimation to be more accurate. Additionally after the delay at the start I contacted 12Go about how it would effect the rest of the journey, 2 hours later after we got on the ferry, told me to contact the other people again wasn’t informed that’s who to contact with issues. The people with KS travel were lovely tho. The curtain on the bus was mouldy too
