My driver, Prasanna, came early and waited for me. He helped me with all of my luggage and even came to pick me up when I could not find the pickup spot. He helped me with my luggage at the bus station and ensured I got on the bus safely and also loaded the bus with my luggage!
The bus is super fast and easy to ride and the transfer they set up to take you from the bus to the hotel is fast and awesome. Highly recommend!

It was the second time we used the company Stef Lanka. And it was the second time, that the booked car for 2 pax was not possible, so that we had to pay more for a 3 pax car. But when we looked at the booking platform after accepting the higher price, the cheaper car for 2 pax was still offered. How that? Wants Stef Lanka make more money? Sorry, but we felt ripped off.

Hillary Fabout 45min into our trip the drive pulled over to get breakfast, leaving us in the car by the side of the road - not a huge deal, but definitely a little unexpected. didn't wear his mask most of the drive, was scrolling through facebook on his phone while driving and passing cars on busy winding roads which didn't feel safe, and kept opening his door while driving to spit out onto the street. when we got to Negombo we had to direct him to the hotel with google maps - since we put our hotel info in when booking would have thought he'd know where we were going. and lastly, one of the seatbelts in the back wouldn't fasten.

Thera They were on time and efficient. The driver drove a little fast on the windy mountain roads for our liking but we also understand that driving styles are different than what we're used to. If you easily get car sick, I would not recommend driving or having a driver as the route is rather windy. Thanks for being able to support this request within a days notice and your responsiveness!

Caroline We were 2 minibuses rather than one (for a party of 7 with lots of baggage), as the booked one had suffered a puncture. 12Go were quick to call about this to apologise though. The replacement buses were a bit old with AC not working, but the drivers were very friendly and got us to our destination efficiently. The booking experience was well handled by 12Go as they had been unable to book us train tickets for this journey but were able to sort us out minibus via their website instead. You do pay more by going through 12Go but this extra cost was justified in this instance by the convenience of the whole process

Jennifer Our driver was a super, nice young man and very safe. However, the van he had to drive is very very old and seat belts could not be found in half of the seats. Every time we leaned on our chairs something would fall off, and it was all very cramped. We recommend getting this driver a better van!

Jennifer Our driver was super helpful and the van was clean and comfortable. The driver recommended a couple of spots for overview photos and even a visit to a tea plantation which we really enjoyed. It was a long drive along winding roads and he was very careful and a good, safe driver.
