Sophia HDo not book with this particular travel company (Bali magir Transfer). We booked a shuttle + ferry trip to Nusa Penida at 12:30pm but were told to be at the pick up at 11:30am to catch the ferry in time. the company let us wait until 1pm always promising they will be there in 20-30min. When they finally arrived we didn’t even get an apology. It was apparently due to traffic but in our experience Google Maps is very reliable here and if you own such a venture you know to plan for traffic. After all we of course didn’t catch our ferry and arrived 1 hour late on Nusa Penida.

The good part is that we were in a private car for us

Ines LI booked several trips with this company through 12Go Asia and everything went perfectly. Smooth, on time, and very well organized. Special thanks to my driver Eko for being so kind and professional. Highly recommended!

Concetta CWe missed the ferry because the pickup time they scheduled was wrong. We arrived 40 minutes late at the check-in. No one apologized, and we had to wait 3 hours for the next ferry.

Gracie Lwe had Adhitya Kurovich who was amazing & kept us super informed about the whole journey! He was there on time to greet us, put our baggage away & drove super safe. He even checked us in so we wouldn’t have too & took us round to the entrance so the whole journey was smooth and hassle free!

Saoirse BDriver was on time, friendly and drove safely. No problems with driving part of the booking at all, just the ferry part was bad. Ferry port was overcrowded, poorly organised and the boarding of our ferry was delayed. Our total journey was 4 hours. NOT the 2 hours advertised.
