Serenella FIt was well organized and the boat was on time and correct however it was full of insects and cockroaches. The inside was dark and you could not open the windows and apparently you could go up only if you were paying an extra charge.

Julia SIt smelled very strong of petrol all the way, and we were 1h late to gili air already, sonetime along the way, the boat stopped in the middle of the ocean - i mean i understand that the conditions were bad, but a little bit of Info or setting the time better in advance would help!
On the port it was super chaotic as we were led to the boat but then onto the raft with at least 4 other operators and no idea where to board our boat, since it doesn't say "starfish" on the boat. Well and it was overbooked
