Sandra MWe took the boat at 12:30 - 1pm (Boat was excellent btw) but when we arrived to the pier, just jump in a small van for around 30/40min and suddenly, the driver stops in front of a petrol station and made us jump into another small bus. The bus was supposed to arrive at 19:30 as it says when you buy the ticket. That’s not true at all bc we arrived around 21/21:15 and in all this time, we just stopped five minutes - no time to buy and eat food at all - and after 2 hours, he stopped for 20min - so finally we could eat smth fast at 7pm after being aaaaall the way without the possibility of eating. Driver was just saying the info in thai and had to approach and ask him in English what was he saying (he knew how to speack english) - the 80% of the bus were tourist - and he was kind of rude when answering. Just make this review to let you know that from 14:45pm til 21:30pm - we just stopped 25min in total - maybe you have to inform of this before so we can manage at least the meals

Avanthi EThey didn’t tell the exact timings of the trip before schedule, as in what time the bus will pick us etc.
So we couldn’t plan ahead.
The bus we went on says no snacks or drinks. It was a six hour journey so we have to wait in hunger during that time.
The bus driver doesn’t communicate in English so we didn’t understand any of his announcements
We booked a bus thinking it will be a big comfortable ride but instead it was just a small bus with little leg space.
They stop and drop off at many location and it takes a lot of time
The journey which was supposed to be finish at 1910 hours went on till 2045 hours which is a 1.5 hour delay

Khemika CDriver was very recklessly driving and constant heavy braking and exacerbating as well as experiencing g forces driving over speed bumps made the trip very uncomfortable.

Pick up drive with songthaew was a bit extreme. These drivers often drive uncomfortably too fast.

Klaudia MThe best option to go from Koh Khood to Bangkok. Everything was on time. We also got free meals, snacks and water. Bus was comfortable and ac wasn’t freezing.

Benjamin The service was excellent, arrived later than expected at Khaosan, drive did a good job.
The older woman in the office was rude and lied, WiFi not working - asking for the WiFi password. The younger lady gave it to me, and worked fine.
Should be part of the service, when you took the transfer service twice.

Arrival was 90 minutes late.
Operator offered simple food for free/included.
Slow transfer from ferry to bus. Long waiting time with no shadow.
