Yumi CWas afraid before taking, but wasn't that bad. The boat was fast and convenient and all the process was very smooth. They even let me in for the prior boat cuz we were there early. No air conditioner but it gets cool after departure.

Kellie TCheck in was very efficient, although not the carrier's fault there were issues getting to the boat, the escalator was broken, the marina had all broken boardwalk and unsafe. From getting on the boat there was limited space. From the time we were on the boat there was a strong smell of fuel, and it made me quite ill. After the first drop we loaded more people and I honestly believe there were more people than the boat could actually carry and it was quite crowded, the seating situation is tiny, there may have been 4 seats across but they are so tiny and you can hardly sit with your legs in front of you, let alone have a backpack to put anywhere. There was no briefing or housekeeping upon getting on the boat, the passengers were loaded and the door to the staff was closed.
