Michael BThey overbooked the bus apparently, and made it EXTREMELY stressful for us passengers, for almost an hour, not knowing if we'd be allowed on the bus.
Poor communication and indifference to our stress.
No actual tickets given or seats assigned.
EXTREMELY STRESSFUL.

Hannah OBus left about 20 minutes late and we arrived an hour later than advertised. The seats were comfy, with usb ports and we also got a bottle of water and a McDonald’s McMuffin which was nice. I would strongly recommend trying to sit near the front of the bus because the middle and back stinks of piss from the bathroom! The bathroom was pretty gross but just about usable if you’re desperate.
