Camille FI was really worried about taking a sleeper bus but boy, was I wrong! It was very comfortable, with phone charger, water, wipes, etc... I actually managed to sleep a fair bit which came as a surprise!

Khanyile KAmazing ride from A to B. Toilet available on the bus, super comfy seats and all amenities (charger,light,A/C and massage button) were working. So thankful that there weren’t any flashing lights on the bus so I could actually sleep without them seeping through the curtains. Would definitely recommend this company to other travellers. Being able to pick upper/lower bunks and have them assigned to you is well worth it; as someone who’s skeptical of everything, this one’s worth it. Trust.

Has to wait 1.5h for the connection car.
Had to change to a third car in the end.
Complete lack of process where to change buses, you have to be comfortable to trust a stranger when they tell you get out of the car and change to a different one in a shady side street.

Violeta VThe trip was very well organized. Communication with HK buslines was easy.They were very helpful with changing the date of my trip. The bus was comfortable and had all necessary onboard (including a clean toilet). The driver drove well although if you have a ground cabin you may feel the road a bit more than in the cabin above. I really enjoyed this experience.

Sarah FIt was said we‘ll arrive at 9pm, it was 8pm.
The busdriver was honking every 5-10 minutes during this 12 hours trip.
The HK Buslines WhatsApp account told me they would arrange someone to pick us up at the Ton Duc Thang and bring us to our hotel. That never happened!
After the trip, the WhatsApp account of HK Buslines spammed me full with advertisings. So I had to block them!

Aja OIt was really expensive for the experience. My chair recliner was broken and the entertainment system did not work. It was not explained at all how it would but maybe that’s normal. And the driver worst of All was talking for most of the overnight bus. The Aircon was barely flowing so the cabin was quite warm.
