Marta DThe bus arrived with more than 2 hour delay and no one was able to give explanation, nor reimbursement. I would like to point out there was no congestion and the immigration control went very fast so there was no reason for delay. Neither 12 go was able to explain me the delay.

Sabina BRude and unpleasant driver who tried to scam me by claiming I had to pay some made-up fine. We also arrived over 2 hours late. You're also not allowed to eat anything on the bus which is quite inconvenient for a 5+ hour ride.

Julian MA lot of time was wasted. The bus was supposed to depart from Berjaya Times Square but it didn’t. Instead we were taken to the main bus station with a minivan where we had to wait around 45 minutes. This added about one hour to the duration of the journey. The bus ride itself was comfortable and good, but this was false advertising.

Edoardo Comfortable large seats. But next time I’d fly. Busses are too subject to traffic and it took us 3 8 hours instead of 5 to reach Singapore. 1 hour goes just to go through costum.

Ying SDriver did not stop near Tai Seng MRT and as a first-timer using this company, I was lost and had to ask the driver for direction and walked over to the mall connected to the mrt. Also the PA system of the bus is very poor, no one understood what the driver was saying through the microphone.
