Marc GExcellent communication. They informed us via WhatsApp (which was great) about the change of departure location. They also kept in touch with us throughout the journey in case there were any problems. The bus is absolutely amazing and has everything you could possibly need. The only downside was that we arrived 1 hour late.

Yvonne CI booked an expensive first-class bus offering some comfort for the long journey. Instead, a standard bus showed up. It was a sleeper-AnPuhTravel-, admittedly, but without a pillow or blanket—just a bolster that was far too big and kept sliding down. I can handle a lack of comfort, but I don't think it's right to be charged for top-tier first-class service and not get it!
By the way : Departure 1 hour delay

James The van left 50 minutes after it was originally scheduled to leave, and for the last half-hour I needed to leave the van and get in a car that was going to my destination. Nothing tragic, but definitely suboptimal.
