Brad WWhat a joke! Although the price was cheap, the company did what's best for them not the customer. At the witching hour, they told us that our shuttle would be leaving a half-hour late and it actually turned out to be almost an hour later. We requested to leave later from Hue so we could have adequate time which they were amendable to, and then they messaged us while we touring to let us know that they were cancelling the later shuttle and we'd have to take our original one.
So in short, they showed up an hour late which impacted our time in the city of Hue.

Bartlomiej RThe transport ordered was a Van and it did not come, we were at the pickup place 40 min befor scheduled departure and they told us it will leave on time. then it occured it had a technical issue and there was no information about what is next…. at the end almost 1 h after scheduled departure they picked us up on a taxi to drive us to another pickup place where we were put into sleeper bus with no other option discussion. it was comfortable but not clean as we needed to take the places after the people who just got ot of it. we arrived in Da Nang 1.5h after scheduled arrival
