Andrea CThey do not have Wi-Fi, the beds are not really comfortable if you’re taller than 1m 65. I recommend to take sleeping pills.
However, it’s What I believe to be a typical Vietnam experience, so… book it, but be ready.

Patricia VWe had a good nights sleep, but while awake were a little afraid, because the driver was going pretty quickly even though it was raining a lot. We couldnt get in the bus immediately, but had to be transferred there in a limo for over an hour. The bus driver did not announce toilet stops or the destinations we had arrives at. After getting off wuickly we lost our nexk pillow and a charger. We contacted the bus staff but nobody really helped us.
