Pevetes CEl transporte estuvo a tiempo para recibirnos cuando llegamos al puerto.
Faltó comunicación respecto a que no se hacían paradas en el camino, considerando que era un viaje largo, para que pudieramos hacer nuestras necesidades antes de salir en la van.
No se aclara tema equipaje, tuvimos que llevar una maleta grande de otra van en el pasillo de nuestra van, ibamos bastante apretados.
Tema aparte, no se como son las reglas de transito aquí, pero viajamos a alta velocidad y las distancias con los demás vehículos en la carretera daban un poco de inseguridad.

Julia Bien y puntual pero dos de nuestros asientos estaban atrás de todo y las valijas te golpeaban la cabeza. No fue para nada cómodo ahí atrás. En los otros dos asientos nada malo para decir

Michael The night ferry was extremely overcrowded. I was told I had to sleep outside on the floor in the corridor. We will not book this ferry again! The rest of the transport was OK. But sleeping on the floor for 8 hours is completely unacceptable!

Anisha BThe boat was great - it had proper beds, they turned off the lights and everything was very clean including the toilet. Pick up in the morning was smooth, however, it was confusing as we were unsure of what bus to get on as there was a few. This could’ve been made clearer. There was a lot of unnecessary stops for a 2 hour journey - we stopped 3 times for about 15 minutes each time. This led us to miss the 9am ferry to Phi Phi so we had to get the 10:30am one. We arrived late as a result but for us it wasn’t that much of a problem. Other than that, everything was fine.
