Nos recogieron en el punto de encuentro con un cartelito y con 20 minutos de retraso, y nos entregaron en Ao Nang Pier a las 2 de viaje, con una parada intermedia de 10 minutos. You didn't allow me the pick up point so I has to travel from mybhostel to "Pier to Railey" by myself. The van picked me up and then picked up all the other passengers in their Hotels. So I lost Time AND money because your site didn't allow me to choose the pick up point

The air conditioning unit behind us was leaking, and the person next to me and I got very wet. When we arrived at the bus station, we were charged 20 baht, supposedly as an additional tax on top of the ticket we had already paid for. A serious lack of transparency.
