The bus deleyed 1 hour.

Problems with the number of passengers. The price was the cheapest and the bus was punctual. When we arrived to Zagreb, we had to take another bus but it was already full. However, the staff bought us another tickets and we didn't arrive later.

Servicios correcto. La calefacción funcionaba bien. El baño estaba roto.

2 hours delayed on arrival.

Bus was an hour late. Bus was an hour late.

One hour later, 5 minutes more and we could lost our next bus.

No bathroom.

Good. Wi fi and kind staff. Restroom too small.

Servicio aceptable. Vehículo en muy buen estado y muy buenos conductores. 1) atraso de 1 hora en la partida desde Trieste 2) un poco de desproligidad a la entrega del equipaje.

The bus arrived one hour later. We didn’t know what had happened with the bus because nobody told us anything. In the middle of the trip, the bus driver took off our luggage and put them in the street, because he thought that it was from another person. Fortunately, I saw my luggage in the street from the bus and I could take them. It was a terrible situation.

The driver's assistant was very nasty.

aceptable. Puntualidad de salida. El bus se rompió y tuvimos que esperar s una combi. Otra cosa es que los chóferes no hablaran ingles (menos español), dificultó un poquito las cosas.

Very good drivers, the seats are ok, good space between them. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, the door handle wasn't working properly, and didn't look clean.

Bien en general. Nada en especial. Estuvimos parados 45 minutos en la frontera eslovena.

So good. Free luggage tansport. The ticket/info office was a bit hidden.

Almost perfect. The bus was modern and comfortable. The drivers were friendly and indicated us when we had to make the bus changes. The buses never departures on time, the y always arrived late.

A bit delayed.

It took us with an hour of delay.

Un pésimo viaje. El bus salio con más de una hora de retraso,por lo que un viaje de 5 horas se convirtió en 7horas. Al llegar a Budapest el bus no entro en la Terminal y nos dejó al otro lado de la calle ,a medianoche, con la terminal cerrada,sin taxis y muy lejos del centro. De pelicula de terror!!!!

Delays with this company are totaly normal. 2 hours delays.

Departure 1h late because there were too many people for 1bus. They made people with destinstion Graz go out the bus and wait for the other.

Puntualidad. La ventanilla del conductor no podían cerrarla entonces todo el viaje fue con mucho ruido. En mi asiento no funcionaba el cinturón de seguridad. El chofer suplente no hablaba nada de ingles.

We had a lot of problems. The bus was coming 2 houra late and nobody tell us any reason After in middle of nowhere, the bus driver told us to get down because we need to take a car to go to pula.a city car. So we arrive so late to pula we couldn't visit many places.

Mala educación. Él conductor de un bus que salió de la misma estación de portò muy mal. Nuestro conductor llegò tarde y en él lugar que no tocaba.

The bus arrived to Trieste very late. They were almost two hours late.

Trip to Rijeka. the buses arrived to the final destination almost on time. That I have to paid for my luggage to be stored and the staff did not give my change back and also that for the bus going to rijeka from Zagreb, the bus arrived almost half and hour late and the seats were oversell.

The bus stoped and we waited for more than two hours.. We arrived to Ljubljana at 13:00, but the stamated arrival hour was 10:22.

Late. We arrived at least 45 min late.

very bad situation. I am not sure if anyone else has complaint about thsi trave but it has been thetly worst of my travler´s life and certainly I will never hired this company again, firstly the trip left one hour later than planned, no explanation given, no apologies either, then the driver insisted the AC was fine and that he could not raised the temperature since the bus was an old one, when it was over 37 degrees inside the bus, we rode like that for 30 minutes until one of the passengers has to appoached the driver and teach him how to operate the AC. Very poor service.

beatifull trip. All the trip was pleasure!! Very well.

Good but punctuality could be improved. From Trieste to Ljubjana, on time. From Ljubjana to Trieste, the bus arrived 50 minutes late.

Always delayed- Wifi connection in one of the two buses. It will be great to always have wifi in all buses- The delay both times we got the bus: from Trieste to Porec and from Porec to Trieste.

Good transfer from Ljubljana to Trieste. The bus was very puntual and the trip nice, fast and comfortable. The stop is just in the center of Trieste.

Muy bien. Buena relación precio-calidad. Los asientos podrían ser un poco más cómodos.

Very bad. Another time, the bus arrived one houre and a half late. When we ask the reason, the staff were not too colaborative. I won't repeat.

One hour late. the bus arrived one hour late, with little information about this. No compensation for that.

Which bus company don't recommend. We arrived safe and sound. After waiting 2h in the bus stop when the bus arrived the staff neither apologize nor was pleasant. They was quite rude and is going to be the last time we travel with you.

Avoid this. We finally got to the destination although it took twice the expected time. 1) The bus broke before leaving the main station and we had to wait around 1 hour until a replacement bus came. 2) There was no information about what was happening at any point and the drivers were super unfriendly 3) Don't trust the times. Once we definitely got going the ride itself took 4,5 hours (it was supposed to be 3hour ride) 4) All in all we were supposed to get to Trieste at 17.15 and we got there at 20 Bonus) The bus had annoying loud flamenco music in repeat mode for the last 2 hours.

Switch. We had to switch buses crossing the border, and the second bus was much less comfortable. The seats didnt reclline.

It was late about 20 minutes.

The trip was unnecessarily long. The trip could be made a lot shorter if the bus didn’t make a completely useless stop in Trieste. The passengers could also be a little more polite but that is not the company’s fault.

Price, good coach. Delayed more than 30 minutes.

Bus facilities. Clean bus Clean drivers They always spoke English and Croatian so no problem to understand breaks and instructions Professional behavior Extremely good driving for both drivers, slow braking and acceleration. Ready to assist and help with any questions specially younger driver. No table on the seats, no charges for phones, internet out of action, no waste bin. As business user I couldn’t do my job while driving, and it’s a long drive. Flixbus had all above.
