Guek TEl operador no tuvo en cuenta la reserva en línea. Faltaban dos asientos que ya se habían pagado. 3 personas hacinadas en pequeñas cabinas de 2. Y nos dejan claro que tenemos suerte de poder coger el autobús. No hay reembolso. Llame antes con este operador para comprobar que su reserva online había sido registrada. No he tenido problemas con otras compañías. Por eso me llevé una gran decepción cuando me dijeron que no encontraban mi reserva y que no había plazas suficientes para nuestro grupo.

Nancy DLas camas eran cómodas y el baño era grande y estaba limpio.
El único problema es que elegimos a propósito una cama que no estuviera justo al fondo para no acostarnos cerca del motor, ya que siempre hace un calor incómodo allí, o cerca del baño, que puede ser ruidoso y maloliente. Pero la distribución de los asientos al hacer la reserva es diferente a la de los asientos en la vida real, ya que hay un pasillo de camas dobles y otro de camas individuales. Por lo tanto, estábamos en la parte de atrás y no pude dormir entre el calor sofocante y los portazos de la gente al lado de mi cabeza durante toda la noche. Valoración 4/5 porque estoy seguro de que si hubiéramos estado en otra cama habríamos dormido decentemente.

Dorian CLa ventaja es que no es caro. Por lo demás, el servicio es realmente mediocre. La litera de dos plazas es muy estrecha: está bien si viajas con un amigo o familiar, pero dormir solo acurrucado contra un desconocido no es lo más agradable. Las literas tampoco son muy cómodas. Es imposible regular o apagar el aire acondicionado, que funciona a toda pastilla. La parada de destino tiene una información muy pobre (no hay dirección ni coordenadas GPS, y si tecleas oficina CMR en Maps, no se corresponde en absoluto con el punto indicado por 12Go). El conductor ha subido el volumen de la radio, lo que hace imposible dormir. Y el personal ni siquiera te avisa cuando te bajas, aunque estés dormido. ¡A evitar!

The company put me in a bus without much explanation and just told me that I will change during the trip. At the end I travel one hour, change the bus in the middle of the road and comeback to the pickup point to start the trip again; they also do a lot of stops and people travel at the aisle floor.
I recommend use another company or a private car.

Rebecca WI got on the ferry from Koh Rong at 9am- 30 minutes early, this journey was smooth sailing and arrived onto the mainland at around 10:30. I found the booking office where I was met by the guy saying I would have to wait until 12:45 for the bus to Siem Reap- 2 hours away! There had be nothing mentioned when booking about having to wait for the buses or any timings for the day. If I had known I would have had to wait I would not have gotten a ferry so early, as no time was saved! The mini van arrived at around 12pm and the 4 of us got on it, it was comfy enough. The mini van repeatedly stopped for no reason, we picked up and dropped of random passengers throughout. We arrived into Phnom Penh at 4pm at the bus office, minimal English was spoken by the staff so I was very confused as to when the bus to Siem Reap would be considering I was meant to arrive to Siem Reap at 6:30pm. A family car then arrived to take me, the drivers were lovely but spoke no English so I was extremely confused as to why we kept on stopping and picking up/ dropping off others the whole way. At one point there were 9 people in a 7 seater car! It was definitely a unique and local experience, we stopped for food at around 9pm. We arrived into Siem Reap at 11pm, so 5 hours after the said time of arrival! I have no idea how a car was the transport to take me considering I was told it would be a sleeper bus. Just be prepared for the journey to take a lot longer than expected and feel very confused the whole time.

HANNAH EComfortable bus and nice staff. The bus even had a plug socket which would take my 3-pin British plug.
However, the website said the journey would only take 4.5 hours. This was unrealistic since most companies say 5.5 hours for the same journey, and this bus was much slower than other companies because it stopped a lot more times. During the first half of the journey, we stopped about every 15 minutes to pick up passengers or pick up things for delivery. Because of this, the journey took about 7 hours.

Tabitha DThis ride was uncomfortable, poorly planned and overpacked. There was probably 20 people in a 10 seater van, someone was on a plastic chair for one seat and there were packages on our bus. We also arrived over 6 hours later than they said before we booked. Do not recommend this company - avoid at all costs. We also had to swap vans in Phnom Penh which was not communicated to us in any way. It was a 10 hour journey and we didn’t stop anywhere where we could buy any food or drink, on the 2 times we did actually stop. When exiting the vehicle, everyone was climbing and clambering over each other because the van was so packed.

Fleur VThey advertised with 9 hours, it was 13…. First we went with the boat, that was fine. We came to the officie but nobody was there evertything closed. Without further information… luckly at 08:00 AM a driver came at took us to the head station. From there we went to phnom penh. With trafic, and a transfer to another bus (20 min waiting). Then to the next officie. Driver said nothing got out, then we wait for 20 minutes, nothing. So i got out, asked the driver, he said another 10 min waiting for people. Those 10 minutes were again 20+ minutes. After being 1,5 hours in phnom penh with all the waiting we went to siem reap. From 06:30 til 19:30, a bummer when they said the arrival time would be 15:30… but the bring you from A to B. Longer than expected and with mosquitos and cockroches in the car…

Martha WDoesn’t look like the pictures, driver played techno music so sound at about 3 am and loads of local people were sat in the galley talking, more like shouting, throughout the night and then gave us no warning when we arrived in the morning and got to longest beach an hour late
