Las Ventajas de Viajar en Autobús
- El autobús es la mejor opción para llegar a lugares a los que no llega el tren o el avión. La red de autobuses cubre prácticamente todo el país, y a menudo las rutas han estado bien establecidas desde hace tiempo.
- A diferencia de los viajes en avión o en tren, cuando se viaja en autobús no es necesario llegar a la estación con mucha anticipación. El check-in, incluso para las rutas internacionales, no toma mucho tiempo. Los límites de equipaje suelen ser bastante convenientes para el viajero, y la tarifa por equipaje extra, si hay límites establecidos, generalmente no es muy alta.
- Los billetes de autobús casi siempre son más económicos que los de avión o tren rápido. Los diferentes tipos de autobús se adaptan a todos los bolsillos. Los autobuses estándar, que son más baratos, pueden ser un poco lentos y no brindar el máximo confort, pero en todo caso son aceptables y te llevarán a tu destino. Para los trayectos más largos, los autobuses casi siempre tienen baño o, si no, hacen paradas para ir al baño, y el precio suele incluir aperitivos, agua y, a veces, artículos de aseo y mantas.

Desventajas de los Viajes en Autobús
- Las nuevas terminales interurbanas de autobuses suelen estar fuera de la ciudad, cerca de grandes autopistas, para evitar la congestión urbana. Esto puede crear dificultades para los viajeros. Llegar a una terminal de este tipo puede ser problemático, ya que en algunas terminales hay restricciones en cuanto a los tipos vehículos que pueden entrar, y hay que utilizar transportistas especiales para llegar allí. Esto podría acarrear mayores costos si los precios están inflados. Calcula tiempo extra si viajas en horas punta, especialmente si no estás familiarizado con la situación del tráfico local.
- Los autobuses son probablemente el medio de transporte que menos se ajusta a los horarios previstos, comparado a los trenes y a los aviones. Anonymous De terror. Los dos conductores manejaban bien y correcto, ningún sobresalto en la ruta. Los chóferes fueron muy groseros, insultando en español a pasajeros que sólo hablaban en francés o inglés, realmente fueron demasiado agresivos, sobretodo con un pasajero enfermo que se hizo encima y el chófer le tiró el diccionario de groserías por la cabeza a los gritos, se que es una situación estresante pero nos puso a todos los pasajeros de pésimo humor con su actitud para nada profesional gritando que todos son unos asquerosos, puercos, etc, etc.. Además en cada parada hubo problemas con los asientos porque a la empresa se le ocurre especular hasta último minuto con la compra de asientos y envía la ubicación final de asientos una hora antes de partir y muchos pasajeros ni se enteran, así que en cada parada el chofer demoró muchísimo tiempo tratando de solucionar el problema con pasajeros parados e Incluso con pasajeros que subieron al bus sin billete, en algún momento después de la confusión subió otra persona (no pasajero) al bus y se paro al frente de todos los pasajeros gritando algo en árabe que no se entendió pero causó Inquietud, no fue un buen momento. Por último, y a estas alturas parece un asunto ínfimo pero llegamos mas de una hora tarde a destino, bravo.

Anonymous People, seriously? No one learned you to pick up your trash behind you? The bus was late, but it's summer time so. I had the app, which allowed me to track the bus's location in real-time. The seats were comfortable, I could charge my phone, and the driving experience was perfect! There was such a mess inside the bus with trash all over (used Coca-Cola cans, paper bags, etc.) And the smell was awful (food leftovers from the previous passengers). But the bus driver let us pick the seats freely, so I found a spot with no bad smells and no trash and I enjoyed the trip watching Netflix.

I almost lost my bus because no one communicate the correct hour of the bus that is gonna to arrive to the bus station. No organization. Gene Incredibly Rude Driver. I reserved (at an additional cost) seat 1D on the 07:45 bus from Nice Airport to Genoa on January 14th. When I tried to take my seat the driver told me to go to a different seat. He was totally dismissive and disinterested. There was a second driver on the bus and he wanted this second driver to sit there so they could chat. The second driver had just finished his shift and was travelling onward to Genoa. The treated me like a two year old child. The were so dismissive and couldn't care less. When I wrote to you I recied a stock answer apologising that another passanger took my seat (it wasn't another passanger) and I got a £5 voucher code. I don't want a voucher, I want a proper apology and a phone call acknowledging what happened. And to make it worse, this is the second time it happened. Same journey, same humiliation. The Italian driver was the main culprit. The one that just finished his shift. He should not be let near a customer.

Janet Excellent lSt minute option for getting home. I liked that the process to book was easy and the prices were excellent. I also liked the fact that we used Le Shuttle rather than the ferry which made getting home that much quicker. the coach was clean and tidy and the seat were comfortable. I didnt like that nowhere on the email or tickets does it tell you where to get the bus from. we rushed from t2 to t3 and could not find where we needed to be. it was only by sheer chance after having run around for 15 mins that we spotted another BlaBlaCar Bus, that we found where we needed to be. I also didn't like the fact that the first driver stopped for a 15 min break just over an hour after setting off from Charle de Gaulle - we left at close to midnight - 30 mins after the scheduled time and stopped at 1.15, then after making a stop at Calais port to drop off and pick up passengers he then pulled off to make / take a call and then again to change drivers. this meant we missed the 4.25 train which is the one I'm assuming we were aiming for and then sat at Calais for 2 hours before finally boarding the 6.25 train. The 2nd driver we had was very moody and grumpy. He didnt make announcements in English (which most of us onboard were) so we had no clue what we were supposed to do.

Alad Very very very bad company. I booked my ticket 9:30 am , 2 days before the trip, day before they sent message to say they have rebooked me same day 11:50am ,with not even get back or ask me!! I arrived to the station to gate 20 At Victoria station, 11:40 received message say that will be delayed for 30 minutes, which should make it at 12:20 pm, at 12:20 no bus or driver appear or any one to give any update to the passengers,((which all of them confirmed that it’s there first time they use this company)) the driver appear at 1 pm and he said that the company told him 12:30 that there is trip he has to take to paris !! , 1:15 bus departed we arrived to Dover at 4pm , the driver announced that the company didn’t pay for the ferry and there is £1000 fine!!! All passengers get mad including me, driver promised he will try his best !! At 7 pm he managed to get bus into the ferry . We arrived paris 1 am at local time , overall was very very very bad trip will never ever use or suggest this company.

Satish Antwerp to Amsterdam by bus. Smooth ride. Bus was one hour late & there was msg even about the status. Tried calling, initially calls not answered. At last when someone picked the call was not able to tell about the status of the bus. It was irritating. Bus driver when he arrived was throwing his hands up, so what if Bus is late and was rude. The food tray locking mechanism on the back of the seat was broken, not allowing to sit down down on the allotted seat.

They promise a refund for more than 2 hrs delay but i still haven't heard back from them after trying to contact them. I almost missed the bus (along with other passengers) because we had no idea where to wait in the bus station as the bus was so late! The bus station's information centers were closed. We were trying to call the company and we had no information. The bus itself was okay, not too clean and the USB ports are only on the window side. No WiFi despite it being included on the ticket.

Nikki Worst experience ever. DO NOT BOOK. Firstly, 2 different locations were listed for the pick up place for the bus. It was actually from the port (luckily we went there) and not the hotel listed on the ticket. We got picked up 30 minutes late and then got 2 minutes down the road and the bus broke down on the motorway. We sat on this motorway for almost 3 hours with no food or water. The company kept saying on the phone that they were trying to find a bus for us. Absolutely terrible. We were still sitting on the motorway at the time of supposed arrival at our destination. We had multiple phone calls with the company all telling us different things (mechanic on its way, bus on its way, can’t find a bus, trying to find a solution). At about 9:40pm a bud arrived and picked us up and this driver was lovely he got us through border control and then non stop to London. This issue should’ve been sorted much easier, we are going to be requesting a refund and more because this is not acceptable. Please don’t use this service, worst ever. We sat on a motorway without food and water for almost 6 hours.

Anonymous Unacceptable behaviour from Blabla customer service. My initial depature time was 23:59 from Paris Bercy. After waiting for more than 1 hour after the proposed depature time, we finally received an email from Blabla Bus that the new depature time would be on the following day at 08:30. Because of this I had to PAY for a taxi to get back (no more public transport) to hotel for another night in addition to loss of time and money due to the abrupt change of schedule by BlablaBus. I wrote to ask for refund because according to their website I was entitled to one if the bus was delayed over 120 minutes according to their website (https://support.blablacar.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014600059-What-to-do-if-your-bus-is-not-there), but I was rejected because I had already "arrived at the destination", but rest assured because they "forwarded my message to the rest of the team." and my "feedback will help improve the quality of our services". No other compensation. They are basically short of saying "Piss off" at this point. Absolutely horrible behaviour by the customer service. Next time save yourself a trouble and book Flixbus instead.
