Great ride! The bus left on time, everything was easy and nice. We arrive on perfect time and had 2 bus stops for rest, toilet and stretch the legs. Wifi worked perfectly until we reach the border and left Croatia. Everything was great. Seats very comfortble and clean.

Not to much legroom. Punctuality. Small legroom in seats.

Good service. I like too.

We arrive 40 minutes late. Crew. Time.

Clean, good driver arrived safely! The driver was helpful, it was clean, nonsmoking and we arrived a little early. All good. Like all busses, the seats are too close together for tall people.

Bus was late on final destiantion more than 50 minutes.

Driver was hostile and didn't speak a word of English.

I liked everything!

Never again. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, the bus was more then an hour late. The suitcases we had were almost ruined by some sticky liquid in the trunk of thr bus and we had to throw away some clothes.

Great bus. Service and AC were great. Did not have WIFI. Suppose to have WIFI.

Nice travel. I book my ticket from site and pay 30 euros for it and in the bus station in Belgrade they didn’t let me to enter because I must to pay 3 euro more as bus station taxes ( First time to happen to me to must pay separate). 3euro is not important among but in this time I didn't have cash with me and they don’t accept credit cards . So Maybe you must have a note about this in the moment that we book the tickets for this station .

Nice trip. The driver and companion were the friendliest I've encountered so far making for a great trip. Very comfortable, clean and punctual.

In general good but.. The bus was very confortable, smooth ride on the road, we arrived on time with no problem. Finding the departing point at the bus station was terrible, there was no information at all in any place to know from where the bus was departing. I had to go bus by bus asking if they were the one, bus arrive late so I almost miss it since I was on the opposite side of the station when it arrived, it was a very stressful experience.

Great! We were only 2 completely-foreign people in the bus. Didn't have any problem at all. Everything went smooth :).

Stop station. First stop station was restaurant "Riblja konoba". The toilete is dirty, there is no market to by food, and only two person are serving coffee service and food in restourant. Which means, that people have to wait for 20min to get coffee or soda. Bus stop should be normal clean gass station.

Everything was ok. Clean bus, comfortable, drivers were kind.

Trip was fine. Bus was tidy & employees rather professional. When we arrived at our destination, employees responsible for handing out luggage etc didn't really check baggage tickets. This is however understandable as all passengers were in view of their luggage & we were rushed due to border delays. It's very, very unlikely your bag would get stolen though it's still possible.

Everything was fine. We arrived on time, which is really reare in border crossing bus-rides in Croatia. Very pleased with the ride. The only thing missing was an electrical outlet. Wi-fi would also be nice.

Clean, Organized, Good Ride. Bus left on time Clean, newer bus Organized driving team. 20 minutes late English announcements would be helpful.

Night ride wasn't comfortable at all (.

The toilet in the car could not be used. It was inconvenient.

Dubrovnik to Split. Left promptly on departure time. Bus was really quiet. Driver charged for luggage then claimed to have no change for a note.

Good ride. Good ride, made decent time, only really held up on border crossing. AC was a bit weak making it a bit uncomfortable on a hot day.

Good clean and comfrotable bus but no onboard toilet. Good clean bus, reasonably reclining seats that were comfortable, heating was good, driver was friendly. Unannounced charge of Kuna 8 for a bag (I didn't have any Kuna at that point since I was exiting Croatia) - these charges should be collected when online ticket is purchased. Bus had no toilet but it stopped twice - once before and once after the border crossing.

Smooth trip, the bus was warm and quiet. Seats were comfy.

Descent service. Short breaks. No AC, WiFi, power outlets. Long border wait times.

Good experience. We noticed that we were the only ones not native, but the driver always explained everything to us in English, like boarder check etc, we appreciated that. We have been in many other buses where the drivers didn't care if we understood or not. So they get good points for that :).

Zagreb >> Belgrade. The bus assistant is very nice and kind person. Bus left and arrive on time.

Absolutely horseshit. Aircon worked on the bus. Significant delays, this bus took a very slow route and was running dodgy business as they picked up passengers when they weren't meant to. We were told we would arrive at 12:00 but we didn't arrive until 13:40. We had missed our connection at 13:00. I thought an hour would be enough for traffic and Bosnia border crossings. T was because three men were doing dodgies. Fuck this.

the staff is polite! upper storage is big enough for the bag! and staff is very polite! better have socket for long trip ;( and the toilet always not open.

The co-driver was nice enough to approach us to tell us where are the upcoming stops before we take the break. the driver drove at good speed and the passengers also had some time to take pictures of the sea. the ride was an hour over the expected arrival time i.e. almost 5hours.

It took time over 1h30m to arrive at Split. Furthermore, this bus driver demanded the charge of bags.

The bus was late for 2 hours, we lost our time and spend more money for food and drink for the hot. The bus was good but I recommend always to my friends but this day was si late so we lost all the day for this fault We felt very bad for this reasson.

Paying extra money in the moment for traveling with the luggage in the boot of the vehicle.

On time boarding. No use of toilet.

The perfect way to Zagreb.

Great value for money. I was searching for the cheapest way to get to Belgrade from Zagreb. They put me to pay 8 kuna for my backpack/luggage that's outrageous in the normal world .

none of the drivers knew English, so they could not communicate to me what the extra charge for luggage was (and they did not provide a receipt) and also they did not seem familiar with my printed ticket. they even took it and never returned it to me, even though I might need it. another problem was that they only stopped for the bathroom break after more that 3 hours on the road (and the customs) so it was not very comfortable to say the least.

Punctual timetable. Convenient breaks. Finding bus and bus information at Zagreb bus station poorly displayed for non Serbian speaking customer.

Pleasant cheap way to get to Zagreb. Nice bus, comfy and relatively quiet. They stop once in the middle at the border, which takes an hour or so to get everyone through immigration. Then another stop at a very nice gas station for bathroom and snacks.

Belgrade-zagreb. Good bus. We had to pay the bags and it wasn't said in the reservation. None spoke english só we had some trouble with the payment.
