Estación vieja y personal borde. No hubo demasiado retraso en la llegada del bus y había espacio suficiente para todos. La estación es muy vieja y el personal es borde y no saben tratar con el público, van con prisas y estrés aún habiendo 0 faena, te cobran extras por todo y encima tienes que imprimir allí otro billete porque el que llevas no es suficiente.

A huge waste of money. I liked that the car was comfy. I didn’t like that I bought tickets on traveling and that once at the bus station i had to buy another ticket, I want to be refunded because I have paid four tickets between kotor and herceg novi and each time my bus was cancelled and I’ve been told to buy another ticket even more expensive. I have waited 3h30 at bus stations because of your website and lost 40€. That is a shame.

The driver asked us to pay 5€ more for our hand luggage. Something we didn't understand why. When I refused, he took my suitcase and threw it on the sidewalk and asked me to leave. I was forced to pay anyway, unacceptable behavior on the part of the driver.

Bus got us to the place we wanted to be, nearly collapsed few times on the way there. Bus was overbooked so at least 6 people had to stand. Climate in the bus made it much worse, there was no working A/C and no open windows. Never experienced a worse ride in my life.

Terrible facilities, inhuman treatment, delay with no apologize. Nothing. This was my worst trip. I reserved the tickets online, they did not accept, asked me to print at the counter. The woman was unfriendly and print the two tickets 4 euros! That was outrageous. Moreover the bus was delayed more than an hour but nobody mentioned it or apologized for it. When the bus arrived the busdriver did not want to get us on the bus altought we had the tickets, because I did not want to gave him even more 2 euros for the small baggages (and I had no coins left) which are small and free at Wizzair and other bus company in Montenegro did not asked money for them we could bring them to the bus. Furthermore the busdriver pushed my daugther away when she wanted to get on the bus. Fortunately one passenger who was very kind gave me 2 euros so the busdriver at last entered us the bus. I have never had such degrading experience before.

No buses from Sportski Centar Igalo. I have bought return tickets online - your platform is easy to use. That’s a plus. I have bought return tickets to Budva for myself and my daughter. They cost me €40. I have followed instructions precisely that you have included in the ticket, however the morning bus that should take us from Sportski Centar Igalo, Montenegro at 9:25 never arrived. The company was Autoprevoz Zaton. After waiting over an hour I have asked local taxi driver if any buses leave from there to Budva and it turns out that not. This is incorrect schedule you sell and operate on or the bus driver couldn’t be bothered coming to Igalo to pick us. So I have lost €20 as I neede to go to the main bus station in Her eg Novi and buy new tickets to Budva. I would like to ask for return of this money as there was no bus going from that stop at the given time. We waited since 9:15 till 10:29, so couldn’t miss it. This is irresponsible. On the way back bus driver was extremely rude - when I asked about the possibility of refund he showed me middle finger.

The bus eventually got us to Podgorica, and we were able to catch the bus to the airport. The bus was late by almost an hour. We though it might not even arrive, which would mean we would have to order taxi for 70€/person to arrive there on time.

No air con, unsafe driving and difficulty changing ticket (even though we paid extra). Bus was on time. There was no air con and it was a hot day, so the whole hour-long journey was uncomfortable. The driver was generally a safe driver but when other dangerous drivers were over taking and coming towards us, he made almost no attempt to slow down to avoid a collision and we came within a couple of feet of a crash. Also, we paid extra for the flexible ticket option but when we went to change the ticket time for our return, we got a message saying that because we'd already completed the first leg of our journey, we had to contact customer support but we didn't have time to go through that process. It should be much quicker and easier to change.

Not good. It was easy to buy the ticket. The bus took me to the final destination. That's about it. I had to pay 1.5 euro per person for a mysteriuos station charge which could have been avoided if I bought tickets at the station So buying online was not just pointless but not worth it. In addition to that i had to pay additional 2 euros for luggage storage on the bus which is unheard of, at least for me, although I travel a lot. Luggage came out of the storage very dirty. The trip was a bit weird as well. At first we stopped for quite a bit on the side of the road so that the driver can have a chat on the phone. Then we stopped again because after counting money the driver decided that something wasn't right and started counting passengers and checking tickets again. The driver was smoking cigarettes while driving. All of these things make the driver look very unprofessional. There were no seatbelts on the bus which would be beneficial considering the dangers of mountainous roads. All in all, I wouldn't buy online tickets again in Montenegro because I ended up overpaying.

Being able to book the journey in advance, so that we were sure of having a seat on the bus that we could rely on, and use an online ticket for that journey. Text updates on the journey were also very useful. Being told by officials at Budve BUS terminal that we couldn't use the online tickets for the journey. Instead we had to go to the added expense and hassle of getting the online tickets converted to paper tickets. This was after our online tickets had been happily accepted for use at Kotor bus ticket office.

That i actually got on a bus and to my next destination. That you are forced to pay to print a ticket even though I booked a M-ticket through get by bus. You are also charged a station fee. The bus was 30mins late to arrive There is a lack of signage at the station to know which bay your bus will stop.

The driver was abusive. He screamed at me for about two minutes and tried to refuse to let me on. Public transportation is better for the environment. Next time I'll drive. This was a horrendous experience. I purchased a ticket for this particular bus because the GetByBus platform indicated that it was a mobile ticket. However, when I tried to get on the bus I was informed I had to go to the ticket office to have the ticket printed. I had to stand in a long queue and pay €2 to print the ticket and almost missed my bus. This was additional stress. Then, when I made it to the bus with my paper ticket the bus driver started yelling at me and pointing to the luggage hold and barred me from the bus with his arm. I eventually figured out that he wanted €1 for the luggage. I tried to communicate via Google Translate to ask if he had change or if I needed to go back to the ticket desk to pay. He refused to look at my phone screen with the translation and continued to scream at me and wouldn't let me take my bag out of the luggage hold, or get on the bus. I was very confused and the screaming was completely unnecessary. I overpaid just so I wouldn't miss my bus. I will never use this service again.

Easy buying tickets on-line. E-ticket I specifically chose wasn't e-ticket in the end as in Podgorica we were forced to get the prints anyway and even pay extra fir printing. What is the point of e-ticket at all then? Bus air con was poor and it was 37 degrees.

Small bus, hot ride, 30 mins late. The bus was 30 minutes late, it was a minibus, the air conditioning barely worked, we had to keep stopping to put water in the engine so it could get out of budva, we ended up arriving late:.

It was a safe ride, although the bus was definitely older bus. The bus driver was very accommodating with stops to local and foreign passingers. I bought ticket online and was not let in Podgorica bus station withought a printout, so I had to buy another ticket to get on the bus.

The bus was old and worn. The seats were ripped and dirty. The air blowing out was warm not cold. Uncomfortable journey. The bus was very old and dirty. On board was hot. Not enough room to put more than one case under the bus. Driver's assistant started loading more suitcases when we stopped before getting ours off - ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this bus service to anyone.

All is in the what I didnt like category. Absolutely nothing it was late dangerous and shit. The bus was late for like hour and a half and the brakes were broken so the bus driver had to fix it, they refused to give back money to some people who decided not to go because they feared for their life in the bus. I had to print out the ticket and pay for that even tho it said this bus is e-ticket and you dont have to print. Also really bad communication from driver and bus boy no english at all. This was a shit ride and I will never use your service again. You should be ashamed.

I paid for receiving messages about the buses but when it was deleted I didn’t receiv a message and we waited for 1h30… We took the tickets online to be « ecologic » but we needed to pay 4€ to print the ticket, to go and to return. I don’t recommand to pay online it’s a scam.

Disappointed. Old bus that really can’t climb the hills between Kotor and Podgorica, 2 plus hours for a 1 hour journey, driver with no manners at all, 3 more euros if you have a ticket through the Internet, 2 more euros for your luggage to be put in the compartment section, no help at the arrival. It’s a shame private companies do what they want.
