Las Ventajas de Viajar en Autobús
- El autobús es la mejor opción para llegar a lugares a los que no llega el tren o el avión. La red de autobuses cubre prácticamente todo el país, y a menudo las rutas han estado bien establecidas desde hace tiempo.
- A diferencia de los viajes en avión o en tren, cuando se viaja en autobús no es necesario llegar a la estación con mucha anticipación. El check-in, incluso para las rutas internacionales, no toma mucho tiempo. Los límites de equipaje suelen ser bastante convenientes para el viajero, y la tarifa por equipaje extra, si hay límites establecidos, generalmente no es muy alta.
- Los billetes de autobús casi siempre son más económicos que los de avión o tren rápido. Los diferentes tipos de autobús se adaptan a todos los bolsillos. Los autobuses estándar, que son más baratos, pueden ser un poco lentos y no brindar el máximo confort, pero en todo caso son aceptables y te llevarán a tu destino. Para los trayectos más largos, los autobuses casi siempre tienen baño o, si no, hacen paradas para ir al baño, y el precio suele incluir aperitivos, agua y, a veces, artículos de aseo y mantas.

Desventajas de los Viajes en Autobús
- Las nuevas terminales interurbanas de autobuses suelen estar fuera de la ciudad, cerca de grandes autopistas, para evitar la congestión urbana. Esto puede crear dificultades para los viajeros. Llegar a una terminal de este tipo puede ser problemático, ya que en algunas terminales hay restricciones en cuanto a los tipos vehículos que pueden entrar, y hay que utilizar transportistas especiales para llegar allí. Esto podría acarrear mayores costos si los precios están inflados. Calcula tiempo extra si viajas en horas punta, especialmente si no estás familiarizado con la situación del tráfico local.
- Los autobuses son probablemente el medio de transporte que menos se ajusta a los horarios previstos, comparado a los trenes y a los aviones. Anonymous The ride was comfortable, the bus driver drove smoothly and the ticket collector was nice and patient. The wifi worked fine. It arrived on time and the sights on the trip were amazing :). You couldn't charge your phone. A few people put their bags on the luggage compartment without knowing the staff had to do it, so they (the staff) just took them out without letting them know. One of my kids told a couple that their bags were on the road and because of that, they were able to put them back in the bus. I think the staff should let users now about this.

Anonymous Puntual, limpio, organización buena y personal amable. Fue un poco molesto porque cada vez que paraban encendían las luces y despertaban a todo el mundo, hecho que se producía cada 2h. We were a little apprehensive due to not speaking Croatian but a very easy and pleasant trip from Rovinj to Porec. Bit wary of the bus station coming back.

Anonymous get by bus provides low service. Get by Bus is obviously over committed itself. Generally for travelling 10 minutes I had to wait extra 30 minutes, which is ridicules. (300% late against travel time). Which would be in some universes acceptable, but not in that way how it happened with us. I don't understand what is the aim of collecting personal data, if it is not used to inform the clients regarding the delay. It doesn't happen some minutes before the departure time, so it should be a known fact longer time before it. So it seems like Get by Bus doesn't manage to have a live tracking system with their partners and based on it to inform on time their clinets. Also I don't agree with their practise, that you have to make on abroad make international calls just to be informed 20-30 minutes later that your bus arrived with a delay. And "have a nice journey" - no, I hadn't, because I had to be boiled in a random bus stop without being informed in advance regarding the ETA to simply do other things, than waiting..

Anonymous Drivers are very unfriendly. Just what I did like that we arrived before time and was not on border for very long . Well drivers are not very polite , the bus was really full and we stoped just two times so was not really good . Some people did occupied two sit some was just normal which I did not understand . I would not recommend to travel again with this company from knin to Belgrade .

Overnight Coach, 00:45 - 7:30, could not get any sleep as the drivers were talking very very loudly all journey and playing loud music on the radio, despite switching lights off at the start. We booked this bus purposefully at this time so we could get some sleep whilst traveling between cities and we were not able to. We also booked seats for two of us two weeks in advance and were unable to sit together. The drivers were very rude and dismissed us when asking where we could store our luggage as we had two large bags and two small bags. The fact we had to store our large luggage in our legroom made the whole trip very uncomfortable.

I was really pissed of after this trip! So pissed of that we skipped the bus ride back and took the taxi! Never again! And they also came 30min to late! No words for it!
