Mercè CNo ens van donar el servei de recollida a l'hotel (en altres trajectes ens ho havien ofert). Més o menys a l'hora programada vam sortir del punt de la terminal d'autobusos però vam fer tantes parades i tantes voltes que a les 10 passades encara érem a Phnom Penh. La minivan anava plena (potser massa, 16 persones, algunes molt apretades) i, de tant en tant, el conductor s'aturava per controlar una de les rodes davanteres (cosa que no et dona gaire tranquil·litat). Vam arribar a Sihanoukville a l'hora que teòricament havíem d'arribar a Koh Rong Sanloem segons el bitllet comprat (13:45). I a Koh Rong Sanloem (després de 4 aturades) vam arribar cap a les 17 hores. Un munt d'hores que en cap moment ens van dir que tinguéssim en compte.

Karim Bthe bus operator is overloading the bus, there was 2 more passengers than available seats, there was no regard to the passenger safety (luggages on the passages of potential exit routes) - the Would not use this transport company in the future

Andrea BLate departure since we waited for many minutes before departure. We had to change the vehicle getting off and getting on to another van, with no reasons.
The van was very noisy.
We arrived at destination 40 minutes late, and that was a problem since we had to cross a jungle in the dark.

Jamie LPhnom Penh-Koh Ron Sanloem. We did over pay by around £20 which we didn't realise until afterwards. If you are going to Koh Rong (either island) please only book from Phomn Penh to Sihanoukville (as close to the ferry port as possible, or a Grab will be cheap if not, and buy your ferry ticket separately from the port, there are many company's there and it will work out a lot cheaper! That been said though, the journey was smooth, driver was good, we arrived on time, when we got there, there was a lady asking us our final destination and then she writes out a prepaid ticket for us to go around to the ferry companies offices and you have to wait in the queue and they give you an actual ticket.
