Bus ride was comfortable, 2 nice stops. Howrver the ferry was very run-down, damaged and dirty seats, there was even a rat on the boat (outside). At least the toilets were somewhat okay.

I booked also the pick up via Van from my hostel.
Confirmation shows 6.30 am but it can be 30Min before or later.
So I waited from 5.50 am until 7.10am. So I booked a taxi by myself - this was the only option to catch the bus from Phuket.
I also claimed this experience to 12Go Asia but nobody replied so far.
