Karyn SThe train ended up being very easy and comfortable. I didn't have to show the voucher and exchange for a boarding pass anywhere the staff recognised is and were happy with that. Initially they had me in a four berth bay by myself but then the train attendant said that the company had moved me into a two-berth cabin. An upgrade. That was fine until around 9pm a man came and said he was sleeping in the other bed. A little bit awkward as there is not much room between the two beds. But apparently he was travelling with his wife and kids and they couldn't all fit in their cabin. Other than that, the train was on time, I slept well and arrived rested for exploring the next day. Oh and bring food or snacks because the the food on the train is expensive and not that great. But overall a good experience and I'd do it again for sure

Lorena ZThe cabin was comfortable but they only stopped once for food and it was quite early on in the 11hr journey from Da Nang to Ninh Binh. Make sure you bring food if you can.

Compact cabin but well laid out for 4 adults and suitcases.
Snacks laid on for brekkie and lots of food / drink offers from the train staff.
Mattresses a little hard but her decent kip.
WiFi just about allowed us to watch all and World Cup game live. And England won!!

Susan CVIP is nothing on this train you are the same as everyone else.Everyone just ran to get on train.Crossing 4 tracks and lifting suitcases up half a meter onto train.Room was nice and staff are lovely,on the train anyway the station is another matter .Station they are not helpful,very unprofessional.

Ingrid VThe whole experience was a pleasure. The cabins were so clean and neat. The toilets were cleaned every hour. Highly recommend the foot spa too.

Karen DAlthough the instructions said to arrive to the stop 30 - 45 minutes ahead of time, apparently the bus got there over an hour early. We were at the hotel packing and planned to get coffee on our way out, but instead I had three phone calls rushing me. I thought I misread the instructions, but no, they just wanted to leave early. Instead of meeting at the spot, the bus came to our hotel and literally the driver was in the lobby rushing us while the person was on the phone rushing us. No time to get coffee or breakfast items. We only had one stop on the way there for lunch, it was so hot and a lot of the packaged snacks were well beyond the expiration date, but I was hungry having not eaten anything. It was a 12 hour bus ride and it was totally thoughtless and inconvenient to rush your passengers like that. Also, we had no major delays but still arrived 10 minutes after scheduled. Maybe you should consider updating your pick up times.
