The was only one stop after 4 hours for 10 minutes. The driver stopped for himself a couple of times to buy pastries or just to talk on the phone. The he driver itself was rude and charges 2 euros everyone for their luggge, on top of the 36 euros ticket! There was no indication on the ticket that we will additionally be charged for our luggage. Very bad experience.

Anonymous Took us to the wrong bus stop. Driver helped us to find a taxi driver when we ended up in the wrong place. Staff at traveling.com took a month to say that the issue was resolved and it wasn't. The 'resolution' was that the bus took us to the destination city so we were not enitlited to a resolution and that they were not able to contact the operator. To be booking fares with an operator surely you need to be able to contact them. This all meant that we booked a hotel in the wrong part of town and had to pay for two taxis.

Anonymous It was a living hell there was no air conditioner. We took a bus from Kotor to Tirana and it was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. There was no air conditioning at all, and the trip lasted 8 hours — more than 2 hours longer than scheduled. The heat inside the bus was unbearable, and at times we felt like we might suffer from heatstroke. It was extremely uncomfortable, exhausting, and completely unacceptable for such a long journey. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Anonymous Angry dangerous driver, 8 hr trip, no aircon. Most of the passengers did their best to cope. The driver made at least 20 phonecalls while driving, so unsafe, also illegal. Just check his phone log. He only allowed one stop for toilet break at 1.45pm, after we got on the bus at 8 am, then acted like he was doing us a favour. He argued with a passenger while driving- that should never happen, he should either ignore them or stop. The aircon was not working. Extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. I will use a different bus service next time.

The bus was easy to find despite the bad reviews of Tirana bus station, and the journey was smooth and the coach clean with air con. terrible traffic a four hour journey took six hours and no access to toilet. Also no driver change or break so driver did six hours behind the wheel this would not be legal in most western countries. Fatigue is a real issue.

We weren’t told why we were taking this mini bus only that we would go and meet our big bus… never told where or why. paid our €2 luggage fee then basically waited to see where we ended up… We got to Podgorica and still no one told us what was happening just to go to information. Luckily the lady there was helpful and she printed out another ticket to Budva . but then we had to pay luggage fee again… this trip was booked as a direct bus… it was far from that. Very disappointing service from Old Town Travel Company.

Anonymous The driver left us in a location that wasn't the end destination. When we arrived there we a lot of "taxis" waiting for us to leave the bus. Most of them weren't real taxis and the driver was basically pushing people to go with them. There was a couple that asked about going to the supposed end destination (Tirana East Gate) and the bus driver told them to get one of the taxis, and after they said they didn't have money for it, he told them to get a bus. Terrible experience and didn't feel safe at all.

Anonymous Lovely bus driver, got us there only 30 mins late (amazing for Balkans standards). Decently clean bus, aircon existed, pit stop for snacks. Aircon wasn’t the coldest, 30 euros is more expensive than my coach across my country so pretty expensive for a coach. Literally our most expensive trip (and we had flights) yet one of our shortest ones.

Anonymous Dealt with an issue. We were given precise instructions for pick- up in Rruga Teuta including GPS coordinates. The bus went past at the correct time. We waved to the driver. He saw us but kept going. A little time later a car came and the driver asserted We were at the wrong place. No point arguing because now we were drenched and cold after a wild storm blew in. After that all was fine, but it is good that the mistake (not ours) was corrected. As above on boarding instructions.

Anonymous Tirana, Albani to Kotor, Montenegro. comfortable ride, value for money. 1. The inside of the bus needs to be cleaned better, windows were dirty and amenities of the seat were broken. 2. Anonymous Scheduled breaks necessary! It was easy to find the bus in Tirana, and the ride was fast. I would have liked to know more about the stops. The bus stopped in Shkodër for 10 minutes to take new passengers, but without a toilet possibility. Then again, there was a toilet break just 30 minutes before Podgorica. Why not scheduled toilet breaks? During our stop in Shkodër the driver had given our seats to New passengers and even moved our belongings with which we had marked our reservation. There were other empty seats.

Anonymous Bus was so very punctual. I loved that. The driver was kind and really helpful as well. My seat was broken and held upright by a seat belt. Yep. One that would’ve been used for a rider. It’s a true value ride but I made it there safely. Bus was smelly for some reason.

Anonymous Cheap Trip…but not great service. The bus driver was very prompt and left on time and arrived in Albania exactly on time. The bus driver smoked in the bus and you could smell the smoke. It was not good. The bus had a bad smell like wet carpet or wet seats. It was a really old bus but thankfully didn’t break down. The bus driver didn’t help anyone with their luggage as we got to the station. He opened the luggage door and that was it. Did not pull one piece of luggage out. Younger passengers had to help older passengers. It was horrible and sad. Maybe that’s a practice but is so, it’s a horrible one.

Anonymous Driver smoked. Driver stopped to buy fish. Very fun for me but inconsiderate of passengers. Small bus in good condition. Beautiful scenery. Safe. Bathroom breaks. No electric outlets. No WiFi.

Anonymous The minibus was good and clean. The Aircon was never turned on and the ride was HELL. The bus did not have AC and the driver kept turning on the fan or maybe the AC was broken. The bus is packed and has no windows to open so the 4 hour ride was HELL. Kept complaining about the AC but the driver didn't care. He stops the bus when he wants to buy food or veggies but when we are at the bus stop, the stop time is hardly few minutes except for the one stop which was 10 mins.

Anonymous We stopped for 2 bathroom breaks. We read the reviews prior to this trip and were very anxious about it. Thankfully our trip was OK and on time. We presented our printed ticket at the bus station office. We were charged 4 euros and given a receipt which we thought was for our luggage. Then we were charged 4 euros again when we loaded our luggage. The driver spoke no English and gave no instructions at the border but we just followed the other passengers. The driver talked on his phone more than I would have expected/liked. I find this very unprofessional especially on a narrow windy road.
