Διαφορετικές κατηγορίες και τύποι λεωφορείων καλύπτουν τις διαφορετικές ανάγκες των ταξιδιωτών. Τα φθηνότερα ταξίδια προσφέρονται συνήθως από λεωφορεία τυπικής κατηγορίας. Μπορούν να ονομαστούν τοπικά ή συνηθισμένα. Αυτά είναι μια καλή επιλογή για μικρότερα ταξίδια. Τα VIP πούλμαν είναι καλά τόσο για μεγαλύτερα όσο και για ολονύκτια ταξίδια. - Το λεωφορείο είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για να φτάσετε σε προορισμούς που δεν συνδέονται σιδηροδρομικώς ή αεροπλάνα. Το δίκτυο λεωφορείων καλύπτει συχνά σχεδόν ολόκληρη τη χώρα και οι διαδρομές τους είναι καλές.
- Σε αντίθεση με τα αεροπορικά ταξίδια και μερικές φορές τα σιδηροδρομικά ταξίδια, η λήψη λεωφορείου δεν απαιτεί την άφιξη στο σταθμό λεωφορείων πολύ νωρίτερα. Το check-in, ακόμη και σε διεθνή δρομολόγια, δεν απαιτεί πολύ χρόνο. Τα αρνητικά του ταξιδιού με λεωφορείο
- Το υπεραστικό λεωφορείο και οι τερματικοί σταθμοί βρίσκονται πολύ συχνά έξω από την πόλη κοντά σε μεγαλύτερους αυτοκινητόδρομους για να επιτρέψουν στα λεωφορεία να αποφύγουν τη συμφόρηση της πόλης. Δυστυχώς, μπορεί να δημιουργήσει επιπλέον προκλήσεις και για τους ταξιδιώτες. Λάβετε υπόψη ότι δεν είναι πάντα δυνατό να εμφανιστείτε στο σταθμό λεωφορείων και να επιβιβαστείτε στο επόμενο λεωφορείο - τα εισιτήρια μπορεί να είναι όλα εξαντλημένα, οπότε οργανώστε το ταξίδι σας ανάλογα.

Anonymous Corruption. The bus was quite comfortable. The bus driver told my friend that they couldn't get in the bus without the ticket in paper. However, they proposed them to pay extra (250 dinar) so that he could get in. He didn't explain me anything, because he didn't speak English (or he didn't want to), so MY FRIEND had to told me that I had to SUBORN the driver, so that he could look for my name in the list. I swear it is the last time I travel with you.

Anonymous Great driver but clearly very tired. Clean bus and easy booking. The driver was clearly tired on the long stretches and I watched him nod off as if falling asleep 3 times which made me extremely nervous. The rest of the journey was fine and I was prepared to leave an excellent review as otherwise he was a fantastic driver but this CANNOT happen- open the window, put on music, drink loads of coffee or something but you should be able to do 2.5 hours without an issue or don’t come to work. Next time I will probably take the train so I don’t have to worry.

Matt Other issues. Clean tidy on time. What is with the paper ticket requirement. You pay online get a qr code and yet that's not good enough. If you are going to do that should just tell people to pick up ticket at the station and have them waiting. Actual flix bus has PDAs why doesn't this sub contractors. Also why no toilet on board. This is ok but not up to the flix bus standard.

Elizabeth Convenient Travel from Plovdiv.to Sofia. Bus was easy to find and it was a comfortable ride. Travel is about 2 hours. I had a language barrier but could figure it all out. Driver was excellent and drove safely and at a good speed. I never felt worried about the driving. Ticket must be printed on paper. I didn’t know this and had a bit of stress getting the printed ticket before departure. No bathroom on board, which I think was uncomfortable for a couple of riders who did not know.

Dimitar It would be great if it doesn't require to print the tickets. Buying ticket in advance online, available to cancel the ticket it's good, very flexible. It required to print the ticket!! Very inconvenient and tree killing while the confirmation on the E-mail has the bar code.

Cristina WELL.. Confortable seats and charger. They weren’t no silence during a big part of the trip. The bus smelled tobacco so bad. It’s was disgusting. We really believe that the drivers were smoking inside. One of the drivers did not stop screaming in every stop that we made. We understand that he had to warn the passenger that should go down the bus but, let’s respect the other passengers. The truth it’s that tobacco smell was the most unrespectful thing. Wifi only in Istambul. When you cross the border nothing.

Marc Bad company. The ride from Sofia to Plovdiv the same day was fine, we arrived earlier than expected. The bus driver and the woman from the desk-ticket office were very rude, because you can not have the ticket on your mobile phone and you need to print it.. Plovdiv-Sofia, the ticket office gave us a ticket with the incorrect date, and we could not get on the bus. The other buses for late afternoon were full, so we had to buy a train ticket, and the company didn't do anything for us, they only wanted the money.. And again, they were rude. If you are going from Sofia to Plovdiv, or the other way, please choose another bus company.

Jelena We`ve got coffe, tea and snacks. Every seat has own monitor for movies, music, games.. No toilet in the bus and first stop for toilet was after six hours.

Ebony Good. Cheap tickets and buses were frequent. We missed our bus due to the bus we were catching into Sofia being delayed at the border from Serbia. The lady at the ticket counter was very unhelpful and unsympathetic. We had to pay full price for the new bus ticket.

Kyriakos Excellent service, comfortable coaches and on time. Everything worked perfectly. If you book online, the seat number isn't written on your ticket, but there is a member of staff with a list of passengers' names and allocated seats to help.

It took us a while to realise that other passengers had seat numbers on their tickets. A member of staff helped us though.

Klaudia Bought a ticket from Burgas to Budapest. It didn’t say anywhere we would change bus in Sofia. There were cheaper tickets than this one but I chose this because I thought we would not change buses. At least it should have been written somewhere!

Philip Make sure you get a "real" ticket. The online booking confirmation I printed out was just that - not the ticket. You have to exchange the confirmation for a real ticket at the Karat-S desk before boarding the bus. That's important because all tickets are allocated seat numbers. The bus driver wouldn't let us on in Sofia, but did after checking with the Karat-S desk. But the woman there should have given us proper tickets with seat numbers. We (and other tourists) had to move twice before we found non-reserved seats. The woman at the Karat-S desk in Plovdiv was very helpful and printed out proper tickets with reserved seats for the return journey. Now I know exactly what to do, I would definitely use Karat-S again!

Vasilena Friendly staff, good bus. Friendly staff Clean and comfortable bus Good timing. When you sell tickets, the place of departure should be specified. We almost missed the bus because we couldn't find it. You should add that the bus goes from office 126. The drivers should take turns driving, as our driver was visibly tired.

Lois Stifling Hot Journey. Ride was smooth and left on time. There was no air conditioning and the thermometer reported temperature of 31’C. Several passengers requested the driver do something, which I guess he was unable to do. The entire trip was airless and made us feel quite unwell. Dangerous to travel like this at the hottest part of the day.

Anonymous Good and Comfortable coach trip. Comfortable seats and good air con. Got from A to B fast and simple. I didn’t like that there was no seat number information on my ticket that I bought online. Luckily the host of the coach had our names and seat numbers on a piece of paper. Also would had been good if we could use the toilet throughout the journey.

Marina Good to prevent queuing in the bus station and also to ensure you have a ticket in the time you want- No queueing - Bus was comfortable and clean- No seat number printed in our ticket: the driver didn't know which was our seat and we had to move around several times as people that bought tickets in the station had their number printed. - For the return ticket we went to the ticket office to check if we had seats assigned. The ones assigned were the most uncomfortable ones (not enough space for legs), but we're not sure if this is always the case or not. - Tickets MUST be printed out. They're not allowed on the phone.
