Bekah RI was told to arrive at the bus stop at 8am, but my bus was scheduled for 8:30am. By 9am, I had not heard from anyone, so I started texting the bud company (Hayreniq Tour). Finally, someone got back to me on Signal and said the driver will come soon. I'm not sure they would have picked me up if I hadn't started ferociously texting.
I confirmed the exact pickup point with the company 2 days before my ride, and they had my WhatsApp contact. It seems there is a miscommunication here, and the customer service could have been quite a bit better, in my opinion. Especially when you ask someone to get there 30 minutes early, and they end up waiting for 1 hour.
Aside from that, the driver was great and did a good job getting us over the border to Tbilisi.

Sebastian MCompared to the overnight train it was really good. The boarder control took only around 15 minutes (not like the 5 hours in the train) and we arrived on time.
The only problem was that the bus driver was driving really recklessly, like he drove 90 in a 40 zone and tried to pass every car in front of us.
He almost caused 3 crashes and there were no seatbelts in the car so we felt very unsafe.

Caroline HTo find the bus station in yerevan was easy. We even left as soon as we were complete. The stops along the way where clean and sufficient.
The location where we got droped off in tbilisi was not the place we ecpected. So use a bolt to get from there to the final location is my recommendation.
Car was clean, and comfortable. Minivan. Driver had no english knowledge but was friendly and everything was easy to understand. Border crossing was easy and was easy to find the car and driver on the orher side.

Paul FThe trip went well. When arriving at Avlabari, I was accompanied to the vehicle. It was a small minivan for 7 persons and enough space for luggage. The driver spoke basic English but well enough.
I was in Azerbaïdjan before but had no particular issues crossing the border.
The drive in itself was confortable: the road was in good shape, the driving was fast but still acceptable and the risk was measured.
If you’re bothered by the driver looking at his phone then just take the train or a flight, that is just how they drive in the region.

Dinesh DIt was an amazing experience. It takes 5h 30 mins with stop for food and border control. It is better to book from Kilikia Bus station as it is easier location where the operator arcomfort.am as the office and the minivan is located at the same location.

The driver overspeeded. For example in Alaverdi at the area of 40 km limit he drove over 90.
The minivan did not go to Avlabari metro station, where we bought our tickets. We were not informed before: not online, not in phone while calling a day before, not at departure from Yerevan, not on the way. We had to buy a taxi from Ortachala to Avlabari. Are you going to pay back that?

Michal BIt was a comfortable ride from Tbilisi to Yerevan. The van was specious with enough legroom unlike Marshrutka. Border crossing was hassle free. The driver was efficient and made a longer stop in Armenia.

Derrick SThe bus arrived forty minutes late for pick up (supposedly at 13.00). Two hour wait at Georgian immigration (not the company's fault obviously). The driver drove fast as expected, but I didn't feel unsafe, although I didn't like him taking calls on his mobile (ten or eleven in total) while driving. We had a twenty minute meal break, which was ok. Arrived at 21.30. The bus was pretty comfortable.

Raquel AEverything we read about this company is true. The driver drives too fast and in a reckless and dangerous way. They dont use AC and also speak on the phone while driving. However it seems that this is the way everybody drives around here. It does get you to your destination and makes breaks for food and WC.

Trista WDriver was completely unsafe. Driving at rapid speeds, taking switchback corners quickly so the van leaned, riding on other vehicles backs with inches to spare, going around vehicles with incoming traffic, slamming on the breaks at the last second for red lights. He also attempted to get me to move to the seat next to him the entire journey, even though there was plenty of space elsewhere in the van. I understand this may be “Caucasus” driving, but as a paid driver you need to take into consideration the safety of those in your vehicle. Terrible, will not use again.

Angelika PThe van was spacious and comfortable. The driver drove like a Formula 1 driver - very quickly, overtaking everyone and not stopping anywhere except the border crossing. I was scared sometimes but we got to Yerevan one hour before the schedule.

Richard SThe van is fine, but I wish I’d known I was going to be wedged between two people in the third row while the driver drove like a maniac. The stops were kind of crummy. All in all the service got me where I needed to go but I would probably pay less for the marshrutka next time.

Lawrence BI went from tbilisi to yerevan cheaper than by plane. If you are not used to an experienced driver dont take it. The driver knew when to overtake to get you to your destination on time. Please be prepared for immigration on both sides. Someone not in our group had a passport check that had us on the georgia side for 1 hour. everyone on our group got through in less than 5 minutes. Armenia side took 30 minutes again other peoples passports. I did plan to sleep through the drive but the views and a 360 camera kept me awake. I would take it again

Anonymous The driver drove like a demon, but at the same time seemed to know what he was doing. Quick and comfortable. Not great if you're a nervous passenger, but, then again, I'm not sure you should be on the roads in the Caucasus if you are.

Anonymous I had to tell the driver twice Not to use his phone while driving. I got very angry with his complete lack of safety awareness. On the first occasion he initially ignored me and I had to speak very loudly. TURN THE GOD DAMMNED PHONE OFF RIGHT NOW. On the second occasion he initially ignored me again and I had to yell, I DONT GIVE A FUCK TURN THE PHONE OFF NOW. We were passing through very dangerous roads with a bus full of passengers, the slightest lapse of concentration could of gotten us all killed. A further insult to his complete lack of safety awareness was that he didn't offer the slightest apology nor was he contrite on any way. Another passenger actually photographed him doing the same on another two occasions. This driver needs to be strongly repremamded. Tourists from 'the West' can be fussy I know but safety is an international concern.
