Anonymous Good service, nice driver, arrived on time. The bus arrived on time at the bus station. The driver was very nice and polite, he wasn't Croatian. The bus was cold so a fellow passenger asked for the heating to be out on which he did. It was 5.30 am and despite there only being a few people on the bus an old woman started abusing me because I was sat in a seat she wanted to sit in! Some people are just so angry with everything. I got up took all of my things and went and sat in a better seat near the front of the bus.

Anonymous Horrible experience. The bus was late, overcrowded, and many people had the same seat number sold to them. Also, it was not written on the bus that it will stop in Rijeka, nor was the majority of passingers including the Bus Station in Zagreb aware of this. Also, there was no info written on the ticket about where the bus will be arriving.

Anonymous When I got my tickets, I didn’t get any information about the platform on which my bus is going to be. When we came on the station we spent 20 minutes looking for our bus and it left without us. This is the second time that happened since the station doesn’t have an info booth so we had no idea where our bus will be. We had to take another bus and pay for the tickets once more.

Georgia LThe bus itself was absolutely freezing even with my air con turned off. The two members of staff seemed to make undesignated stops along the way to pick up people, which made us over 30 minutes late. They also left late due to allowing customers on who didn’t purchase a ticket and dropped them at undesignated bus station. Would not book again.

Anonymous We travelled from Zagreb to Split. The bus was on time and there was a stop halfway so we could stretch our legs. The bus driver tried to scam some young boys who were travelling on the same bus. We heard them as they boarded say 60 euros was high for the luggage, we told them we paid 3 euros and they approached the driver who then gave them their money back.

Anonymous Vozač je bio u redu, snalažljiv i govorio je engleski. Vozač je bio sam, ima loš mobitel za skeniranje karata i gubio je puno vremena pri pregledu karata. Autobus je krenio 25 minuta nakon zakazanog vremena jer je bilo puno kofera. Potreban je još jedan vozač koji bi naplačivao karte, kofere i stavljao ih odnosno pripomogao glavnom vozaču.

Anonymous Easy and comfortable way to get to Trieste. It was a very comfortable ride even large parts was on smaller roads to the smaller towns. We were a bit delayed vs the estimated arrival time, though I think that most of that was related to the boarding crossings and tighten checks of IDs.

Anonymous Over and above. The driver was one of the best we’ve had for a long time. He made progress but without harsh acceleration or braking - making for a comfortable and safe journey. The best part was that the spectacles we had left on the bus by mistake we’re retrieved overnight by the cleaner and with the help of staff at the Pula bus station were recovered the following morning. We really appreciated everyone’s kindness. Thank you.

Anonymous The driver and the ticket inspector were more than rude. I had one bag, like a school bag of 25 litters and they made me pay to put it below the bus. When I said that my bag can easily fit above the seats, consider also that the bus was empty (and you can easily confirm that, 29/9/24 at 18:00 ZAdar to Biorad), they talked to me in very bad manner and threatened me to leave me outside of the bus. The only thing they wanted was to take more money.

Anonymous We would recommend Brioni 100%! We enjoyed travelling in a smaller van-type bus. We were sat in front of a guy who took a phone call and spoke really loudly for 30 minutes. Maybe you could ask passengers to show a bit of sensitivity to other passengers, as this really wasn't good. I felt like pretending to have an urgent phone call myself and speaking really loudly to show him how annoying it was!

Anonymous Good clean bus, thought the site said about the journey was direct,which ment to me bus station to bus station,no stops.got to accommodation late,due to this,caused a little runaround trying to get into the room.not the bus drivers fault,hi volume of pick-ups on the way.

Anonymous Terrible experience. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the transport service provided by BRIONI Pula. Our group of eight people had an exceptionally unpleasant experience during the journey. There was an unpleasant smell of e-cigarettes and alcohol in the bus, which was being consumed by two drunk passengers occupying the last three rows. The situation was even more uncomfortable as these passengers were aggressive towards each other and other people on board. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the situation, the bus driver seemed to approve of it, cheerfully greeting the intoxicated passengers. We felt threatened throughout the entire journey and feared for our safety, especially since the only available seats were at the back of the bus, close to these individuals. I believe that BRIONI Pula should seriously consider improving their service standards and prioritizing passenger safety. Such situations are absolutely unacceptable, and I hope that appropriate steps will be tak.

Anonymous Driver obnoxious. The bus ride was ok. Attitude of bus drivers. I asked the younger driver a very simple question that required a simple 2 word answer, which he knew. However, he couldn't help himself. He mocked my question in front of other passengers. I had a very good reason for the question. I don't understand why he just couldn't answer the question, full stop.

Anonymous Bus was clean. Very uncomfortable seats with virtually no leg room. As a tall woman I barely had space to sit let alone comfortably. I had to either have my legs in the aisle or shoved into the seat behind me. We left Zagreb on time; we were supposed to arrive in Pula at 3:50 PM. We arrived almost 2 hours past the stated time with no explanations or updates from the driver about the delay. I had to use my maps app to see how far away we were. Overall unlikely to book with this company again.
