Hu YExtremely disappointing experience. We booked and paid for 5 passengers on the Chureang Travel ferry from Tonsai Pier to Rassada Pier at 15:30 on 2 October 2026 (Booking AATY7674).
We arrived at the designated check-in point on time, but there were no Chureang Travel staff members there and the ferry stated in our confirmed booking was not available. We received no cancellation notice, email, SMS, phone call, or any other information in advance.
We followed all the instructions provided by 12Go and were ready to travel, but the service we paid for was simply not provided. This seriously disrupted our travel plans and caused considerable inconvenience for all five passengers.
I have already contacted 12Go Support regarding this issue. Since the booked transportation service was not provided, I am requesting a FULL REFUND for all 5 passengers to the original payment method. Please process the refund as soon as possible.

Ralf VThe trip was offered for three hours, we made it in two. The Speedboat was ok, as long as the sea is not too rough the boat is totally fine however if the see is rough it my get a bit scary.
The transfer from the peer to be Airport was excellent in a very comfortable private SUV.

Stephan KExcellent. Because of the wind and waves, we weren’t quite able to set off on time. The crossing was brilliant.

Nola WSuper professional staff! Speed boat was modern and well equipped. Transfers were prepaid, and upon arrival easy to go from ferry to the driver. Seamless trip. Everything was punctual.
